Bailey liked Knightside. There, she was just Bailey Jameson. She wasn't 'the weirdo boy who wants to be a girl', or anything bad like that. She was Bailey, and even though she had to change somewhere the other girls couldn't see her for gym, she was doing okay. And recess was lots of fun! Usually she tried to introduce herself to a new person every day, trying to be the friendly little bug she was. But she was a little preoccupied to go hunting for a new friend that day. She had a new beaded bracelet she was trying to finish,and was happily perched in a safe spot with the small plastic container that held all her beads for the project and the plastic 'thread' and the little plastic needle.
There was no apparently rhyme or reason to the colors of the bracelet, just a rainbow and a smiling little girl picking out the pony beads as she hummed one of her favorite songs.

Ashleigh made her way over to the other girl jump rope in hand and grinned. "Hi," she said softly, "I've seen you around on the playground and I just wanted to come over and tell you your hair is really cool. Its so pretty. I wish my hair was pink or even green or blue, but nope is brown."
She looked down at the bracelet the other girl was making and smiled, "My names Ashleigh, but every calls me Leah. I was gonna ask you if you wanted to jump rope but I can see your making a pretty bracelet. Um can I sit with you? Will you show me?"
She gave a grinned pinning curious honey colored eyes on the other girl, "my brothers never want to make jewelry, even my little brother."
