Dawn FrostbiteOut in the forest, Dawn walked along the path on the edge of her kingdom. Her bright blue eyes gazed out towards the horizon, hoping to find anything to make her sheltered life a bit more exciting than it was. She let out a small sigh as she stopped by a tree, leaning against it. Dawn tucked a lock of her raven black hair behind her elven ear as she gazed out towards the the seemingly endless forest. Being a princess wasn't as exciting as she had once thought it was when she was a young girl. Dawn was always inside the large castle that was tucked away in the forest, unseen from human eyes, but she had always heard stories of the human world. She had always wanted to meet a human, and she didn't care about the danger that came with it.

Noah was walking back towards a small human settlement after helping to clean up a ambushed bandit camp, the bottom of his boots was slightly caked in a dull red mud and he had a few bloodstains on his shoulder from carrying a few body's to the pyre. He was currently walking though a forest to save time hoping that rumours of people going missing were just rumours as the only weapons he had on him were two medium sized knifes.
Noah himself stood about 6ft and moved with a smooth grace that showed either non-human blood or sheer skill and practice, he currently wore his longest coat that was a dull yellow with his regiment crest on the back with the hood up, under which he had a white shirt and brown trousers O.o.c: hope this is an okay start for my character

Dawn FrostbiteIn the distance, Dawn could see a flash of yellow weaving through the trees with grace, making little noise. She pushed herself away from the tree a bit, keeping her hand on it as she stared at the yellow-backed creature with curiosity. She took a deep breath quietly began to follow the creature, keeping her distance, rolling up her skirt in the palm of her hands. Dawn had never seen such a strange creature before. It was much taller than her, and if need be, she needed to keep her distance in order to be able to try to run back to her kingdom for help. Dawn continued to quietly follow the creature, stopping dead in her tracks as she stepped on a small branch, causing it to break underneath her foot. Her heart sank into the bottom of her stomach, pounding with anticipation. Her icy blue eyes never left the creature's back, but she knew that she had broken the twig with her foot by accident.

Noah heard the snapping branch and slowly turned on his heels so he was facing the person knifes slipping out of his sleeves into his hands before he stopped seeing the girl he tilted his head and gazed at her with his yellowish green eyes
"Can i help you?" he asked her in a calm tone that gave nothing about his thoughts away which at that moment where of caution, he had almost been stabbed first week when an enemy had used a young girl to try and kill anyone they could

Dawn FrostbiteDawn gasped when the strange being pulled out a blade, pointing it at her. Had he not known that she was a princess at the nearby kingdom? Of course not. She could only stare straight into his bright green eyes. " I... I-I don't want any trouble..." she stammered, taking a nervous step back, " I was only.. only curious about you... That is all..." she said, making sure to speak in a common tongue.

Noah tilted his head slightly his eyes softening after detecting no hostile feelings from her and the knife was once again hidden "Curious? How so you act as if you've never seen a person before" he smiled as he put his hands into his trouser pockets and lent against a tree casually.

Dawn FrostbiteDawn let out a small sigh of relief when the strange man slipped away his knife. She shook her head, staring at him, " No... I have never seen a.. a person that looked like you before. Tell me... What are you? Are you dangerous..? Why are you walking around this forest...?" she questioned. If this man happened to be a human at all, then she had to get back to warn her father and the rest of her kingdom that humans were closing by on her kingdom, despite her father forbidding her to leave the kingdom for her safety.

~A person like me?..........wait could she be an...Elf?~ Noah quickly reasoned out before answering the girls questions carefully as he knew she'd be able to defeat him in a fight
"I'm a human for one.....Second i'm only dangerous if i'm attack or ordered to attack and lastly i'm heading home and this is a safe route as not many humans use this way to travel" he spoke in a calm voice "Oh and one more thing, We as a race.........human's i mean we believe Elfin kind to be nothing more than myth now so any others are safe so don't worry that much"

Dawn FrostbiteDawn gasped when she heard the man's answer. He... He's a human! And there are more of them? This close to Gardenia? I... I have to warn my father.. the whole kingdom... Dawn took another step backwards, gulping a bit, but her curiosity was burning inside of her. How did he know she was an elf? She had to know... " S-Sir! How did you know that I am an elf...? A-And why are there humans in this forest..? So close to home... This isn't good..." she blurted out.

Noah stood a little straighter and watched the girl carefully when she stepped backwards and then chuckled when she spoke "Belive me when I say I'm probably one of a select few that would actually walk though these woods, others not so much as people normally go missing but now I can tell why.......and as for how I knew you where an elf?.....hmmmm one your more beautiful than a human woman, second the way you hold yourself and lastly the questions you've asked me most humans would know the answers to" he spoke calmly before taking a map out of his pocket and holding it out "And here take this map, it has the local area around this forest in detail......probably be handy no?"

Dawn FrostbiteDawn blushed timidly as the man told her she was beautiful. She tucked a lock of her raven black hair behind her elven ear as she looked off to the side, " Um.. I-I don't need a map, Human... I know these woods like the back of my hand. Elves have no need for maps, thank you." she told him him. She couldn't understand why the human was being so kind to him. It seemed so strange. Dawn had always heard humans were vicious creatures.
