███████████████Other
✦Personality: Though he is one to fall under the pressure of another's words quite easily, that doesn't mean his outward appearance isn't indifferent to his status. In fact, at first glance you might think he is just a quiet kid that probably doesn't socialize with others much, his expression usually blank and his voice a monotone. In fact, he does this in attempt to be rid of the awareness others have of him, to scare them off with his vacant or even hostile look. However, over time, many have begun to see past this and others began to take advantage where they found an opening in this shell-like exterior.
✦Romantic View: Not the most important thing out there... but maybe a good crutch.

✦My Life:
To be able to disappear...to be able to hide and burrow deep within the Earth...or perhaps...just simply the ability to be feared...was that really a lot to ever ask for? Though a wish may be an object of mentality's goal that we aspire to achieve but never can, it can do much more than be just self-satisfying when reached; and that was help a young desperate boy in need to somehow pull out of the soft earth and life among the harsh realm of reality. Born within the largest city and capital of his small homeland, Belfast, Finnick never had the opportunity that many young kids grew up getting to enjoy. He had to constantly switch schools almost every month - mainly due to the fact that his parents had to constantly move wherever their job took them - and could never really settle down and make some 'true friends'. And with time, he began to notice that the less time he spent in one school, the more it seemed to draw people in that gradually began to push him around. After all, it's not like they thought that a kid who had more school transfers than any sort of alternative center kid actually took his possible school career seriously, so why should they even have a chance? All in all, Finn was constantly bullied and basically forced to become many children's servant and do their bidding before the next work call came in and he would able to be whisked away by a career that he grew to become hateful of his parents for. But who wouldn't be, even if they were a part of the company that first produced the Neuro-Linkers in the world? So what if it was a big thing...they should have payed more attention to their growing child that needed support rather than bother themselves with strangers and suspicious contracts. Just who did they think they were, anyway?
Regardless, this pattern of life continued on for Finn until he couldn't handle the stress anymore, the cheery demeanor a child should have being replaced for a much more cold and hateful exterior...sometimes even blank. Sure it didn't keep many of his antagonists away, but it did fairly decrease the number of new kids that tried to make him give into peer-pressure. And, no matter how much he hated their demands, he couldn't say no. It was almost like the growing years of 'service' to others had changed him, and he just found himself being the lapdog of students time and time again... It was unfair. However he couldn't focus on curving this pattern of behavior, as there was another constant weight on his mind that was prevalent once he was able to stay in schools much longer than before: His parents' constant nagging for him to do more and get good grades and be on top of everything. If he hadn't hated his parents already for what they caused him to go through before, then this was definitely something that would blacken their relationship. If only there was a simpler way...a way to just hide under a rock and be embraced by the cool stomach of the earth. Never much to ask for, yet was impossible still.
Soon, once he began to download more VR games into his Neuro-Linker, Finnick slowly began to find that way to burrow deep within himself, to shut out others and yet still find that sense of joy. He played for hours and hours on his Direct Link, playing mini-games and other apps as he gained more satisfaction from the embrace of a false life than the reality of the other. It was his only way to feel some sort of reprieve, and he wished that he could remain in that different reality for a long time. He actually began to gain friends in this realm, friends that didn't know who he was truly but didn't care; they were just glad to have him around, glad to have more people that they felt that they could depend on. And that same feeling was felt back.
However, a surprising update caused massive change as his parents suddenly claimed that they were going to move to a permanent new home: Japan. The news came as quick as the move, and before Finn knew it he was already studying up on a language completely different from his own Gaelic roots. But that wasn't the only major weight on his mind: What if people here treated him the same way they did back then? Another part of his life a laughing stock...no. It was then that he decided he would never let himself open up to others that easily again... that he knew better than allow someone in at first sight. Though he might still not wield the ability to refuse a command, he was going to do his best to avoid the people that would push him around. He became vigilant, socially aggressive, the crack within his mind going deeper and deeper with every new lopsided smile he gave to those that tried to surround his life. It's not like he didn't want their love and comfort...but he himself had grown to be see the true people around him as more untrustworthy than false disguises given by the virtual reality that became much more of what he wanted than anything else. If there was one world he wanted to survive in, it was this one, and he'd do whatever he could to preserve the right to stay there.
