Okay. so I've already stated that on a Minecraft Pixelmon server, which means Pokemon in Minecraft, I've become the ghost gym leader. However, as of late. My team has been one shotted repeatedly by people who pretty much made their teams specifically to sweep my and other gyms. This is actually making my job as gym leader quite the chore. So I want to ask and making note here that the pokemon I have available to me are these... http://wiki.pixelmonmod.com/index.php?title=Ghost... How can I make my team more of a challenge without making it too challenging. I do want trainers to win....but I also want to have a fun fight which I can't have if my team is getting as one person putted it, Roflstomped. So any training advice, or links to guides on this stuff, are greatly appreciated.

If this is a complete list of Pokemon and moves you are allowed to use, it is too small to be competitively viable.
Also, the typing list seems to be outdated!

Yeah, I've noticed that too. However, it's the same with all the other pokemon in this mod. The main thing I'm trying to do though isn't to make a team that will always win. But a team that can survive more than a few blows.

Your main, and by main, I mean only, weaknesses are Dark and Ghost.
Because you are a ghost type gym leader, you can take care of other ghost types by being faster than them. Look through that list and find which has the highest base speed in its final evolution, and that's your ghost - coverage.
But now you need Dark coverage. Dark's weaknesses include
Bug and Fighting.
Unfortunately for you, there is no Ghost/Fighting or Ghost/Bug type pokemon, and I can't find a ghost pokemon that can learn a fighting/bug type attack. But fortunately for you, Sableye exists. Sableye isn't weak to dark, and because of it's WONDERFUL typing, it has no weaknesses.
But in some people's eyes, it can be looked on as op.

However the problem is that they're using pokemon who aren't dark types that know dark type moves. I have faced opponents using Torterra's, Kabutops, Charizards, a Gengar, hell I even lost to an Alakazam from the now current Psychic Gym leader who I might add, has been copying what I've done.

Which is what Sableye is for. Sableye resists Dark type attacks.

I like it because it's fairly new still and can still be developed. The mod staff when they're on are also very friendly and helpful.
