The guild's subforums are separated by common types of roleplay that come to mind. However, not all roleplays will fit neatly into one subforum or another, because their 'genres' target different aspects. It's entirely possible for there to be overlap.

So, to make this easier, I have a questionnaire for those wondering where to open their RP thread:

1. Is your roleplay restricted to two participants, a 1x1?
If yes, stop reading and start your RP in the 1x1 subforum.

2. Is your roleplay related to any existing published work?
If yes, stop reading and start your RP in the Anime/Movies/Games subforum. (Note: for now, do so even if the work in question is literature).

3. Is the cast of your roleplay all considered part of the same family? Alternatively, is its main focus on living as families?
If yes to either, stop reading and start your roleplay in the Family subforum.

4. Is your roleplay set in a school/academy/university of any kind, regardless of other setting elements?
If yes, stop reading and start your roleplay in the Schools subforum.

5. Does your roleplay contain more Fantasy or Sci-fi elements?
More of one: stop reading, start your roleplay in the subforum representing whichever it happens to be
Neither: move on to the next question.
Both, or "I don't know": contact a crew member

6. Is your roleplay's plot roughly 75% or more related to any of these genres: Horror, Romance, "Slice of life"?
Yes, mostly one: stop and put your roleplay in the subforum representing whichever it happens to be. Note: Slice of life belongs in the Realistic subforum.
No, even split between two: Consult the following:
Romance and [ Horror OR Slice of life ] == Romance
Horror and [ Slice of Life ] == Horror
