Honestly, I can't even figure out how to keep up with prices anymore, especially with the higher alchemy ingredients.

The only time I ever have good amounts of gold is when I've been trying to win a Project Ticket, which is the only gold generator I allow myself to buy with the free gcash I slowly add up.

Other than that...ugh. I'm gonna have to see what is in my invo that I don't care about and can sell.

Anyone got any tips?

I buy the things that lower in price from the rigs and sell them once they start raising in price again, I used to play Booty Grab but that's not as effective anymore. I also have a chibi art shop that brings in a little extra gold when I have commissions.

Selling the fish you catch in Durem can make you millions once you get skilled enough to catch boldurs.

Play the marketplace and buy low sell high, hoard and wait for supply to go low then resell.

Take advantage of people's laziness and click those caches. Sold aquamarine caches for 40k ea by choosing in demand components within in bulk.

Take advantage of Loyal's wares and resell them to people not eligible enough yet.

Take advantage of inflation, basically, knowing when to sell and not to sell, while investing on some stuff in between.

The bulk of my income comes from buying Advanced Chance bundles and then selling them on the MP as soon as they can be opened. That'll net you 5b+ each, but I had to use almost all of my monthly GC for that.

After that, I use the gold to reinvest in items. Check the GCD forum for item lists for recently released RIGs. The prize items there almost always drop in price while the RIG is around, so you buy a bunch of those and then sell it later then the RIG is gone.
Example: I got a bunch of Risky Angels for around 20mil and just sold a couple this week for 110 mil.
It's a smaller profit margin than what most big-time vendors get, but it's a living. xP

The riskier thing I do is try to profit off of Alchemy. I also rely heavily on the RIG item lists for this because they periodically sneak in items that can be used in Alchemy. If you snag those while they're cheap, you can mass produce something more valuable and sell them. The huge risk here is that the product you make is also fair game for RIGs, so you potentially lose hundreds of millions.
Example: I used to buy up Faustine's Bottles for around 20mil and then making a Faust's Bottle to be sold for around 800mil. Component costs were about 300mil, so I gained a profit of 500mil. Problem was that I held on to one Faust's Bottle for too long, and they were placed in a RIG which caused the price to drop down to around 100mil.

I would do that but... on one hand I don't want to be considered a greedy person by listing them high... and on another I don't want to list them too low and get taken advantage of XD

I thought of selling some tickets, but there's kinda stuff I want which use them so I don't ahah.

The only time I did art on Gaia, it was either for free as gift or as premade graphics in the Art Collectives which were selling for really low prices -- it was mostly for fun and a small extra amount of gold. While I could do that, I personally don't because I'm not sure I really want to try to have to find a way to price things and actually have to deal with customers and quality which needs to be close to each pieces which is really hard to do since it varies on what you draw.

The small amount of cash I make from offers, I use it to buy things I want to keep -- not resell. It's taking so much time to do, I don't want to play the market XD

So, personally, I'm mostly making gold by reselling some items I have which I don't want to keep anymore or some items I alchemized (it's rather rare). Oh and, I do Daily Chance everyday and I sell back the gold shop items I get -- it's not much but it's still something smile

That's why I sell them to people here in the guild. I know they'll put the fish to good use, so I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of when I sell them for low prices. 3nodding

We need more people fishing, the demand for fish is still high. If you sell at ABP or below, you make a decent amount and they sell fast. When I needed boldurs I greatly appreciated every fish I caught, bought, or received as a gift.

I'll take it into consideration then. I mostly need some bubble-eye and goldfish at the moment as well as tickets for leveling purpose, but I might try to fish a little here and there between a batch of items for Tektek. Let's just say there's a lot to do there and a lot of demand for them xd
