After being tricked by the woman Delilah, and revealing the source of his Strength, Samson was imprisoned by the Philistines. After he was Tortured, Battered, and Broken, Samson begged the Lord God's forgiveness, and was granted his Incredible Strength once more. Led to the Temple to be humiliated amongst the Philistines, Samson used all the Might God had bestowed upon him to move the Temple Pillars, and bring it crashing down around him, crushing everyone who was inside.
This Noble Phantasm, upon instruction to utilize it, overload's Samson's body, raising his stats to 4 times their current value for 120 seconds. For that time, he attacks any foes that lie before him. After the time limit has expired, Samson's life will be extinguished from it's use.
