I'm not very much one for creating my own threads without an in-character purpose. It's complicated. Perhaps if I actually were to enter the mansion, I'd be able to take advantage of one of his 'abilities' to get him out when he's done with the place.

Perhaps if I actually were to enter the mansion, I'd be able to take advantage of one of his 'abilities' to get him out when he's done with the place. Well, its really an open terrain RP. You don't have to specifically interact with others. You could just be...a human....WAITING TO GET EATEN!!!! Trying to figure out how to get this thread started up the way the old one was. People just came in and created their own storylines. I should probably be more specific.

Trying to figure out how to get this thread started up the way the old one was. People just came in and created their own storylines. I should probably be more specific. I'm never good with creating characters on a whim, unfortunately, so you would all be having to deal with Kalath. ;P Which is fine, really. He might as well be a human just waiting to be eaten. All characters have their own specific plot or storyline. It's the group threads where these storylines should intermingle with one another, allowing different characters to be influenced by different things outside o what they would have done on their own, or with a specific individual. 'Miniplots'. Of course, I always frowned upon people creating miniplots that are incapable of being influenced by others in the thread. The "Myself and [this guy] have a thing going. You guys can play random background characters if you want, but there's no way you can actually influence anything" ...Because that's boring.

I can't remember if I've tried playing one before though. Unfortunately, any vampire character I had in the past was either revamped or retired. Of course, again, I might poke Kalath in. But last I checked, your ghost and the necromancer were getting pretty heated. While I am not against romance, (or at least my characters aren't), I usually don't get roped into that myself. Unfortunately, my characters don't seem to really.. Attract romantic interest, likely due to their introverted nature. I'm not very aggressive, I've been trying to fix that. ._.; But my inability to have romance has made me bitter to other people's romances in the past, mostly because they tend to put blinders up to others in the room with them.

I'd be interested in a murder mystery; I've never played one in this format.
Also, Numrigaaz, you should totally poke your head in, as Kalath or whomever. I guess we're sort of doing a story focused around the two of us at the moment, but that's just because we're the only ones posting. I don't know about romance, especially since she's, you know, insubstantial. But either way, I think a post from a third party would throw an interesting twist into the mix.
