~~~~ Based on all the interested in [this thread], I'm gonna get official with the cooperative bidding for those [50 Demonflies] in Flynn's Plunder. What's going on?I will bid on all interested individuals' behalves on the 50 Demonflies in Flynn's Plunder. As the estimated winning bid is at least 250 billion, several of us agreed to pool our gold together to have the best chance at winning auction.
I will try to use my own gold first before I dip into the pool
How to contribute?Quote me (Yami no Sakura) and let me know that you would like to add your gold into our bidding pool. Please state how much for the sake of official record keeping.
I will then start a labeled trade with you, and you may add in the amount of gold you wish to contribute. You may then confirmed the trade (until your avatar has the "OK" speech bubble). If you want, you may take a screencap too for your personal records. I will also be taking a screencap and post it in this thread.
If I need the gold to continue bidding, I will complete the trade.
Will I be allowed to modify my contribution?Yes, of course! You may add or subtract any amount of gold from the trade, or cancel it all together whenever you want. After all, it is still your gold. I will just update the record accordingly.
When is the deadline for contributing?The auction ends on Friday, May 30th at around 5:30 PM EST. I would like to have all the gold count finalized by 3:00 PM EST that same day. What will happen if you win?If we win the auction, we will divide up the 50 Demonflies based on percentage contribution. Example:
We win the auction with 100b. Person A contributed 20b, Person B contributed 50b, and I contributed 30b. This amounts to a 20% contribution by A, 50% by B, and 30% by me. Thus, Person A will get 10 Demonflies, Person B will get 25, and I will get 15.
10 Demonflies that I get will be sold to Ladyshi as per an [agreement] we made. I will sell any remaining to other guild members for a greatly discounted price.
What will happen if you lose?If we do not win the auction, I will return all of your gold.
If Ladyshi wins the auction, I have an agreement with her where she sells me the 40 Demonflies that she does not need for her backwings quest. In this case, I will attempt to buy as many of them as I can with my own gold and sell them to guild members for a discount.
Regardless of what happens, you will get all of your gold back if we do not win the Flynn's Plunder auction.

I've taken a new screencap and updated the tracker post. =) I hope we win too. *knocks on wood* It's kinda sad that the Demonflies are so expensive. I'm just hoping that Gaia will put the Demonflies and Monarchs into a RIG like they did with the Rubybacks and Diamondbacks. Just...maybe after this auction is over 'cause it would be a big slap in the face for us to get HB and then Gaia floods the MP with Demonflies. xP

At this point I only have enough gold to afford 2 demonflies as I was holding on to gold during what looks like another ridiculous period of inflation (basically unmotivated to do much else on hhere) @VinaGal, if Demonflies ever go down below 2 billion each I'll buy you some :3
