It is a large, worldwide network known only to those that dabble in the spirit realms. Its purpose is to protect the Quincy bloodlines and train those who enroll to better control their powers in exchange of using these powers to defend those that cannot protect themselves. Enrollment may start as young as ten with a parent's signed consent and training centers are located all over the globe.

Core members of the Wandenreich for the most part influential leaders, politicians or businessmen that pour their personal fortune into funding Quincy activities. Their influences also help the Wandenreich erase any incriminating evidences whenever laws need to be broken.


Ranks

Quincies of the Wandenreich start as Trainees until they've mastered the Sanrei Glove and are promoted to Soldats, simple foot soldiers. The soldats will need to serve the Wandenreich a fixed amount of years or prove their worth to be given attributed an Epithet, a letter that represents a special power granted to them by the Monarch through a blood ritual. Then, they will be given the choice of joining the Sternritter, the combat specialists, or the Jagdarmee, the hunting unit designed to scout for and retrieve new recruits. Both have a leading officer known as the Grandmaster Sternritter and Grandmaster Jagdarmee who work directly under a Monarch whose power rival that of the Shinigamis' Head-Commander.
