That's a Flash page, so it's compatible.
I went ahead and ran it through the converter and tinyurl.

No, they don't have an HTML > Flash converter, so you'll have to start over. ):

Have you read the current revision of the guide?
The embed code is no longer available, but as long as you created a Flash profile this should not be an issue.
