TABRosenburg Academy is a public boarding school for males located in suburbs of the United States, known to the general public as the greatest school of the country that excels in both academics and athletics. It was founded back in 1914, in hopes of making advanced education available for the gifted. It didn't start off as well as it was intended to, receiving a poor reputation in the beginning due to the students it had. Back then, being the average private school it was, all the students hailed from rich families with enough money to last them ten generations. The students had enough money to buy themselves a CEO position at a big company, so nonetheless they bought their way to graduation. The students paid the teachers for answer sheets to examinations, and eventually the teachers even stopped bothering to teach. Sure enough, the graduation rate was at 100%, but everybody knew the truth. However, it took a turn for the better than the principal decided to turn the school into a public school instead, welcoming everyone who could pass an entrance exam provided. This attracted many students that, if the school was how it was before, could not afford to pay the tuition. That category included poor, yet incredibly gifted students, who of which eventually helped bring the school to its current glory. It now stands as the dream school of those even from other parts of the country if not the world.
TABHowever, this school holds a dark secret unbeknownst to the staff of the school in spite of its reputation. The school has a cruel, student-run game that acts as a system to deciding the ranking of every student in the school. No, it is not a game where it tests your knowledge. It is merely a hide-and-go-seek game of cards, and the number on your card determines your rank with the King being the highest and the Joker being the lowest. Its name is The Caste Game.

>>: Read the roleplay rules thoroughly and follow them. Also read the caste game rules but, because they are only in-character rules, they do not necessarily have to be followed.
>>: Although this is included in the rules on the first page, I will state it here as well. Please join if you have time to be active, posting at least once a week. If you must leave, at least tell me. Nothing pisses me off more than someone leaving without telling me and I can't contact them through PMs. I don't want to sit here assuming you either lost interest or lost internet or whatever. Just please tell me if you've lost interest and want to drop out--I completely understand and I won't judge you or hate you at all. In fact, It helps me.
>>: If you have any questions, please quote me in the oocs or shoot me a PM. Do not assume, and if you will please check in with me to confirm your assumptions.
>>: SIDE NOTE -- To check the open spots for seniors, show spoilers for class 4-a and whichever ranking without a character picture is open. However for freshmen, it is different. Because seniors have already been here, their previous caste still applies until their next caste game (which will take place the next day, roleplay time wise, right after the freshmen's caste game). Speaking of which, freshmen spots will slowly be filled up because they are currently having their game right now and the rankings are being decided. Thus, people applying for a freshman character should only look at the first post to see how many freshmen are still being accepted. 0/14 depicts that I am no longer accepting for that grade and all spots are taken. In addition, please keep in mind that the sophomore and junior classes are NPC classes.
