This is a Rebirth, a Rebuild and a Renewal of the Gaia Seireitei. I'm doing this because I've been asked by a few people to reopen this guild, but including myself, I too want to try again. I also know that this place will need a ton of revising and retouching to make it better. I have a few ideas on what I would like to do and how I can make this place into a better place, of course my ideas my not suite of everyone else. This is why I'am asking those who'd like to stay to share some ideas you might have, and maybe we could start collaboration of all our ideas. This is me being open about how I have failed this guild, and allowed it to go to waste. I'm going to do my best to get this place back in order, and hopefully make it into a place people will enjoy. Also with me having a lot more free time, I'am able to be on and post more which should bring some activity. So for those whom wish to stay I thank you very much for sticking it out with me on this new journey we are about to start. The help will be much appreciated.
-Opening-
Before opening the Guild, I want to change and rearrange a lot of the forums. I want to add a new front page, hopefully if someone is good a creating cool front pages that would be awesome. Sadly Mochii isn't returning to gaia, so if someone knows how to create nice layouts for the page please message me. Before opening the guild, I would like to make sure we have all our ideas and plans laid out before going to the next phase. This way everything will be in order for the guild, so when it does open we don't have people questioning about how the story doesn't make sense. This also will show people that the guild will be organized and rambled off into a mess. I also would like to establish some new rules, some that is fair and some that the guild will have to stick by no matter. Before I was somewhat lenient on the rules allowing some people to break the rules which cause this place to fall apart. I do blame myself for a lot of the stories and a lot of people doing things they shouldn't. So to prevent this, I will make sure that the rules will be followed. I will make list of the rules and please tell me what you think, should I add or take away anything. I really want to make this better then before, that is my motivation to fixing this guild.
-The Forum-
The forums I want to change them, make them more neater; cleaner then their previous look. I guess not so crowded, making it more spacious this way it won't be places here, there and everywhere. Not much I can say about the forums, but I do plan to try and make it better then before . Though this is still a thought, I'm hoping it works out.
-Events & Arcs-
Events, I would like for this guild to be active with events. People tend to get bored of just doing one thing all day, so instead always make it where they can do other stuff. I'am a example of this, I know first hand how boring rping bleach all day everyday can be, especially if no one is really active, or others responds hours after you have posted. So instead of just doing bleach, we can have like a little event/ play room where maybe we could do something different just for a side thing. I plan to also do giveaways since I honestly don't care for the new fancy items, I will be sharing my pot of gold putting it in a guild mule account. Or maybe just even do it from my main, I don't know yet still working on it. So I hope this part can motivate some people to want join on the excitement of this idea.
Arcs, is a Big thing for guilds, or some call them stories. This is something I really would like to focus on, to make sure is plays out well. Making sure that any loopholes doesn't show up. Story arcs would require some thinking, not a lot but some. Which from now on, I would like every story arc to have "Beginning, Middle and End". This way it has a order of how it will play out and how the story will flow. If anyone wishes to try and change a part the story without informing a Mod or myself, then story will fail which will cause problems. I would like avoid that as much as possible, I've seen it happen first hand and the story failed because of this. So from now on if anyone has a story arc or idea for a story, please make sure you have the three time periods of the story it can flow properly. Another thing I would like to add is try to stay original as possible when it comes to stories, I know in the bleach universe its quite hard, But this is why the saying"Two Minds are better then One", we can all come together and come up some fun story arcs.
-Profiles and Character-
Profiles For the profiles layout I would like to change them, or if you guys want the remain as they are we can. I'm saying change so everything can be different, but not everything has to change, The profile change is optional, as I said this doesn't have be change.
Characters, If you wish to keep your character, I don't mind but if have over so many characters, so might have to be taken out. I would like to keep a character limit of how many characters a person can create so people won't go overboard. I also wanted to add Reitsu Levels to the guild so everyone would not be running around trying to be over powered or trying to bully other, or always trying feel unbeatable. Some might appose to this idea and if you have a better idea please by all means share it . I will post how the Reitsu Level look, and hopefully it will make sense to you.
Spiritual Level Idea
Alright I was thinking that we should do spiritual pressure kinda like how the "Wikia" has it the with five different level of spiritual pressures. I was thinking of giving each a level status as well ranging from 1-4, example Head Captain: Immense Spiritual Pressure level: 4. The higher the number which is caped at 4, the stronger the person. Of course if two people with the same amount of level of spiritual pressure meet, then that is when it will be based on skill or having a 2 Mods watch the fight to make sure no one is God-modding. I will enforce this though, getting the high level of spiritual power will not be easy. We should come up with away for if someone wanted to try and go for a strong spiritual power, they should be tested or something still needs work. Again this is a idea that is still under construction so please if you got a way we can make this a whole lot better, then please give your input.

Right now I'm sending forums to the graveyards, no need to worry about the profile. I already dished them out in the profile grave yard, so I guess we have a lot of work to do.

Okay so I've offered my services and will do what I can to help. For those wanting to see what I am capable of and what my prerequisites are I'm making this as my first post involving the reset. As far as guilds go I am a frequent moderator. My first guild I was in was Bleach: Darkened Swords, where until last year I was the oldest member and longest standing VC. As such even looking there today there are many remnants of my planning and work. I primarily organized and put things together as well as served as "welcoming committee" and the person to go to with questions. As such I am good with doing my research and putting together answers and organizing pages. I worked in guilds outside of Bleach so I have experience in different settings. I am no novelist or expert writer but I am a decent poster, but obviously not the best. I am also an artist, so that may be of use. Since I've last moderated a guild my organization skills as well as art and graphics have vastly improved (as I have taken a graphic design course andzknow a few more basics).
I've offered my help with the front page and I will help with anything else I am asked and able to do. Please feel free to talk to be about anything, I love collaboration and working collectively. Examples of my work: The following is old work done for Bleach Darkened Swords, it was done over a year ago at most recent but most of it is much much older. Icon/banner: Other Page Headers, etc. Rough drafts of a few pages I did for Darkened Swords There pages were the kind I made the above headers for.
New Work: It includes two recent character doodles, because while I've been working extensively on pieces for AP art I could receive a zero if any of them are found online, so they are the only ones I can share. I can do a few more things with the techniques shown but these were class assignments so I did what I had to do for the assignment. Examples Found Here
Alright I have assigned Nyxy to hit the Front Page sense I've personally seen her work, as well she is a good story teller. Though before we do the story telling, I would like to first get things organized. Like the forums and maybe have them look different or should we keep them as they are?? Change is good, however it would require us to work extra to move things and rearrange posts etc etc. Though this is redo, might as well work the work to get a good reward right? What you guys and girls think??
