If you could bring any rockstar back, who would it be, and why?

There are quite a few. Examples include: Dimebag Darrell, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Henneman, Lou Reed, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, etc...
The list could go on and on, but I'd bring all of them back because they're all very talented artists.

Dimebag no doubt. The best guitarist to live. Absolutely miss him and his killer shreds. RIP Dime. You may be gone from this world, but you live forever in our hearts.

Boulivar Yeah, now I just want Lemmy back. Yeah, me too. The world of Rock will never be the same without him. I wonder what Mikkey Dee will do now, since Motorhead is over.

Criss Oliva. In all honesty, I kind of wish I could go back in time and drive the guy that caused the accident off the road. Criss was an absolutely amazing guitarist and the man was a talent that was taken from the world too soon. Savatage could have become so much more, though Trans-Siberian Orchestra is pretty great.
And in a similar way, Dime.

I wonder what Mikkey Dee will do now, since Motorhead is over. I'm pretty sure he's playing with Thin Lizzy now. Nah, he's probably reunited with Phil Taylor, a former drummer of Motorhead to continue it up there.

If we're talking about Mikkey, as of September, he's a permanent member of Scorpions. :]
