She was done failing. Done with it all. As she went about the house it was evident that something was wrong with her. Thankfully no one was home other than Belle. All of her family was out with their own companions, even Ikkio with her radaku. How was it that her daughter could get her hands on one of the creatures while she couldn't? Though she wasn't really sure how Ikkio got the beast, she had been told the story but didn't care for it since she was just happy that her daughter was back home. Now she could barely remember anything. None the less it was what it was, and sooner or later she would be able to catch one of those buggers. She was sure that buying one wouldn't be the same, plus at this point it was more than that. More than creating a bond that would last a lifetime, it was about her winning, her getting her pride back. She wouldn't be bested by creatures, no matter how smart they were. She would catch one, she would catch it and it would become hers. She nodded, grabbing her spear and walking out of the house. If she stayed in the house there was a chance she would break something in her anger, better to be out in the open where she wouldn't be able to cause any damage to anyone. She was a few steps out of the house when she remembered the new net she had brought, this time from an actual beast tamer. Before it had been a merchant who told her that it was a good net, and now it was a beast tamer who actually caught beast for a living. She hoped that she would have more luck with this net, though the beast tamer had told her that the net had very little to do with her failing. It was all her, which only made Zuri more angry.

All her? The man acted like Zuri didn't actually want to catch the beast. It was crazy. But whatever, she would not think about that. She would not think about anything other than winning, other than catching the beast. Surely than she would succeed. She would show them, she would show them all. She would prove that she was great and wonderful, and after losing the battle to her husband this was just what she needed. She began to think on that day once again, and stopped herself. No she would not get herself all worked up, that would just make it even harder to accomplish what she was trying to do. Her anger would make her clumsy and she was determined not to fail this time.

Walking into the forest she was careful, more so than ever before. She was focused more than before, and she was sure it would end up paying off. After some time had passed she spotted three young radaku and smiled. They were all nice, but at once she knew which of the three she really wanted. While she would try for any of them, the lightly colored one was the one she really wanted. It was beautiful and majestic, and most of all it reminded her of her home. Of Zena. She would be going back there soon, which she was very excited for, and this creature would fit in wonderfully. But no, she must clear her head again. Even excitement could ruin what she was trying to do.

Circling around the three young beasts she threw the net when she thought it was just right. Two of the animals didn't fall under it, and ran away growling. She wasn't sure which one had been caught though until she moved and got a clear view. When she saw it she could have jumped for joy! It was the creature she had wanted from the start! It lay under the net, staring at her with dangerous eyes and not moving. It was clear that this one had a lot of spirit in it, as well as intelligence behind it's eyes, something she admired and wanted in her new companion. Yes this creature would possibly make a wonderful mount one day.

She picked up the net, making sure that the creature had no way to attack her while she did so, and headed back home with it. It took a little longer than it took her to find the radaku, the small creature weight more than it looked like and the weight was slowing her down. The whole while the creature didn't move, almost as if it was accepting its fate, and since Zuri thought that everything happened for a reason she was sure that this creature was the one she was meant to catch. All the other failures were wiped clean from her mind, for they didn't matter any longer. They were just practice, those animals were no match for the one whom she had finally captured.

Once she got home she found that no one was home and went quickly to the room she shared with her husband. She closed the door and set down the creature, staring into its eyes the whole time. She had been told by the tamer that at once you had to show that you were the dominate one, or else the creature would never be fully tamed. Although the creature didn't attack her it did go and hide under her bed.

"That is okay Haimah, we will make a warrior of you yet." she said as she sat on the bed, a low growl heard from bellow. She laughed and shook her head. Yes it would take time but she had plenty of that. She was just happy she had finally succeed. She was going to go home soon, and things would start looking up.
