Although she was now home, and now about to leave to Zena with the girls, she still couldn't stop thinking about catching a radaku. She was determined, and a good part of it was because she had already failed twice. That was four radaku that she didn't get. She wasn't use to failing, and it wasn't something that she wanted to get use to either. Even though the radaku she would be going after wouldn't be the same ones that she had gone for before, that was far away from the grounds they retreated to after they lost the battle. Another thing she had a part in that ended up losing. Zuri shook her head as she left the house, her spear in hand. The girls were off doing something, the older they got the less they seemed to be home. It was almost like they only came home for food. She didn't mind though. They stuck together when they were out, and never really got into trouble. She was happy they were so close, made her wish she had a twin. It seemed like she was surrounded by them, Kayin and Alek and than her own girls, but she didn't get one. Oh well.
As she walked around Zuri made sure to be as quite as possible, she had already seen how easily startled they could be. Personally she was hoping to only see one, her net only held one and it would be less of an issue of there was only one of them. Plus she didn't want to fight them off, not that she had been attacked before but one could never be sure. As she walked through the forest she thought she head noises to her left. She moved closer to a tree, peering over she saw that there were two older radaku there. She frowned, what she wanted was a younger one that she could train and take care of, not an older feral one that would never fully listen to her or even be hers. Frowning she wasn't sure what to do. There were many things she could do, but she really didn't think it was smart of her to try and catch these beasts. It wouldn't be worth it.
As she stood there thinking she moved her weight, casing a branch to break and alert the creatures. The two of them looked up at once and growled before fleeing the scene. Zuri sighed. This couldn't count as a failure right? She didn't try to catch the creatures, or kill them, so she pretty much let them go free. No, she had set out to go and catch and radaku and now she was going home without one. No matter how she thought about it she failed. Zuri shook her head and headed home, it was going to be lunch time soon and that meant the girls would be home and expecting to get something to eat. Didn't want to disappoint the two of them.
