ooh thats tough if it was on gaia you could just put the people on ignore, not respond and do other things to protect yourself
but irl yeah thats alot harder to deal with, im not sure just where to go to find friends irl i have always has school homies to hang out with and sometimes they intro me to there homies and yeah were always there for each other
maybe a dating service could help? or you could try a trusted friend to see if they can find you someone else, or try in a church for a rl decent friend
