im drinking plenty of ginger rood tea and im going to take a hot shower at some point for my nose ...yesterday my nose was so stuffed i could not breath...any ways hope i get better soon in the main forum i got a subject on herbal remidies i got a cold fwith stuffy nose and headache any advise would help alot ty smile
