Personality: Oswald has a kind of psychotic and sadistic personality, his also sometimes incredibly lazy that you see him in the most uncomfortable places where to rest, as long as he gets his beauty sleep. When he is in his dragon form his ruthless and unstable, he couldn't control his form properly and immediately goes on a killing spree but he has a rare soft side.

Likes: Eating humans, Sleeping, Money/Gold, Chaos and Guarding.

Dislikes: Being chained, Imprisoned, Humans and disturbing his slumber.

Skills/Abilities:
-Is able to transform to a human or his dragon form.
-Electrocution: He can release lot of electric current to destroy or shock a certain being or object, causing lots amounts of heat and paralysis in living beings.
-Enhanced Strength.
-Breathe out lightning from their mouths. It can be a straight beam of electricity, or a ball of it. Once it hits the target, it can also jump towards any other near them, creating a chain of electricity. Only in dragon form.

Weakness: His weak against water based attacks since it doesn't cause any damage and he can forfeit or flee on fight/battle depending on his mood or because of his laziness and is easily distracted by gold.

Bio: Oswald is an unattainable dragon that has been roaming around the forest nearby a village hunting down worthless mortals to fulfill his hunger each day, mostly he hunts for virgin human women. The villagers feared him and calls him 'Flash' because when there is a flash of thunder he appears. His is attracted to gold or anything that looks valuable like money and jewelry. He traditionally live in caves, but he make a home or hideout in the sewers when there are no caves to hide in he used to live in the highest storm-ridden mountains of the world. One day he made one big mistake.

It was at night and Oswald(Dragon Form) was going on a midnight hunt before he calls it a night. He soar through the night sky as the clouds covered part of his appearance. Down at the ground he spotted a mysterious woman wearing a cloak and it looked like she was running away from something. Oswald focused on the girl and notice a pack of vicious wolves were chasing after her. He decided to follow and ended up seeing the girl at the ended of a cliff, the wolves were closing. He found it amusing how the girl was crying for help and shredding her tears, she was hopeless. No one can save her now, that until a dragon flew by and swiftly grabbed with his claws. The girl looked up at the Oswald with a face full of fear but then turned into relief. He didn't looked like he had any attention of hurting or eating. He flew back to the village and gently laid the girl back on the ground. The stranger looked up at Oswald and reward him with a smile that soon turned into a smirk. He was confused, not that the girl had a funny look on her face but the village was completely empty, that was when it happened.

Number of chains swung towards Oswald trapping him to the ground, he roared in fiery when he figured out it was a trap. Anger crowds emerge from ever corner holding flaming torches and pitch forks, the humans erupted in anger. Oswald shook from left to right trying to get free from the chains but it only hold him tighter. He meet the girl's gaze, a few minutes ago her eyes were filled with happiness now it was filled with hatred. "It's time to end this beast life!" she cried then the crowd cheered in agreement. He should have left her to die. Shook violent as the people draw closer, e had enough. He let out a loud fearsome roar then began to rise making the chains beginning to break, some of the humans hold on to the chains but end up being electrocuted because metal conducts electricity. The almost got out of the chains as the villager through their flaming torches and pitch forks at hoping it will make any damage. Oswald took one last look around the village, with one forcefully jump he escaped the chains and soar back into the sky never looking back.

After a long journey through the skies Oswald found a place called Hawthorne Ridge. It looked like a peaceful town so he figured he will stay there for awhile, how wrong he was...
