Weapon: A pair of bladed claws measuring 26 cm, the middle claw measures 28 cm long. Each one has 3 claws and are as sharp as any other weapon. The claw handle and central part is fused with bone and have a skull pendant on the knuckles and wrist strap.

Bio: Born into a family of demon weapons Raiku was always going to be a weapon. However his dad (and most likely mother if she was alive) were not always keen on him being in constant danger. His mother caught a disease during child birth and died a year later after Raiku was born. His father was obviously heart broken over the death but he took up work again to keep his mind off the subject. Raiku was sent to the DWMA as soon as he was old enough. He kept to himself at first but he slowly opened up to people around him. Now he has a normal social life and a passion for excelling in studies and combat.
Abilities:
+ Air scythe: When the meiser gathers surrounding air, they can release it as a powerful gale storm that can knock back enemies if they are not careful. Using his own power the meiser can then fire streams of compressed air like a lance/snake that strikes the enemy. The meiser can only fire off 5 lances per attacks and the speed and potency of the move will decrease with each use as this is Raiku's powerful ability.
+ Compression: Surrounding air compresses into the claws, this increases the meisers lethal force when using melee attacks. Each blow can smash through rock and walls with more ease.
+ Gale strike: The Meiser fires off a wave of compressed air at the target at high speeds. The speed and power can be controlled by the weapon and the meiser. However the potency of the ability decreases if used too much.
+ Air missile: The meiser can fire a missile of compressed air that can shatter rock easily. The range of the attack is 40 meters and weakens as it flies further away.
+ Storm mail: The meiser is engulfed in an armour of compressed air and wind currents for a short amount of time (2 posts). This armour reduces damage to the meiser. The meiser's speed also increases when the ability is active. However he/she can not fire off another ability while wearing the storm mail.
+ Partial transformation: Raiku can transform his hands into the 3 bladed claws of his full weapon if he needs to defend himself or others.
+Soul resonance (Goten Surasshā spears): With the right partner, Raiku can perform a soul resonance. His claws glow red and double in length.The meister can aim the claws at the target and fire a barrage of piercing spears as Raiku's claws extend. These claws while being fired fly at very high speed and will hit the target, retract and fly out again, doing this a few times all at high speeds. These spears can cut though rock, building walls, metal and even do some damage to those with a higher skin density.
Personality: A calm and collected boy, Raiku likes to be alone if possible where he can think to himself. He is a daydreamer and kind friend, however he will act cold to his enemy in battle. His style of fighting is either over-powering the enemy with intimidation or tactically winning a fight. Recently however he has been acting more like a kid since he had paired up with Blake, the reason is yet unknown
