I have a few people on my friends list who almost never talk to me,
but randomly out of the blue, will say mean things to me.
Should I put them on ignore?
Or should I say something to them?

well as i see it you have three choices on this matter
well if you truly want them to know how you feel no matter how scared or nervous your going to be then you have to confront them and let them know how you truly feel
but if you just want to not see them or talk to them or let them know anything then ignore them
or you can just pretend you never got there messages and hope that after a while they quit sending you pm's

ULTIMATLY you have to make that choice not anyone else for you

i just hope my real life brother sl33py x3 is not causing you any problems becasue if he is i am gonna have to have words with him

I might confront them about it, but I'm more then likely gonna put people on ignore :c

He did say something kinda hurtful but it was quite awhile ago and usually if I confront people, they tell all their friends and everyone gangs up on me, and I really don't want to have to quit another account and hide again.

Just put them on ignore. Easier then addressing an unneeded situation. You never need more negativity.
