Puppies were incredibly hard to take care of, espescially when one particularly rambunctious pup insisted on running away from it's brothers and sisters. Rastian had only turned around for one second to fiddle with the lock on the pen he had made when the tiny fluffball hopped out and bounded off towards the house. Luckily, the other pups didn't seem to notice the daring escape, allowing Rastian ample time to race after the little jailbird.
"Hey! Come here!" He called, diving after the pup. Dang it! Puppies were so wiggly and fluffy and UGH! FAST! How was he supposed to catch it? He was going to scuff up his cloak if he wasn't careful!
The chase went on for close to ten minutes, when, finally, the pup seemed to grow tired of it's game and bounded back into the pen, effectively waking up the others. Rastian lumbered back over to the pen, leaned over it, and stared the yellow eyed puffball he had been chasing straight in the eyes.
"Don't you dare entice the others..." He huffed. "I'm not made for all this... Running."
The pup wiggled it's tail and gave an amused yip up at it's handler, before huddling against it's siblings once more. That game had been fun! Why hadn't he thought of playing it before? It got that silly purple haired man running and yelling, which was SO EXCITING! He would have to show his siblings how to play, so they could get him to play with them longer!
