Reagan is always smiling at others but there's a fakeness to her bright smiles. She loves using her sexual appeal to get what she wants. Although she was an orphane and grew up on the streets she acts like a spoiled kid. She acts spoiled in placement of what she believes is confidence since in reality she doesn't have much of it. Reagan is a very clinging girl and she doesn't care if she just met you or not if she likes you she will make it clear.

Reagan was born on the streets losing her parents to the Titans when they went out on an outer wall mission with the Scouting Legion. She was old enough to take care of herself however she was still only but a child. The streets toughened her up giving her the strength to join the military however she almost didnt rank high enough to make it into the top ten so she used her sexual appeal in the last test to mess up one of the trainees so that she could take one of the top ten's places.
