You can always open up a T/O thread in the Exchange forum and see what people want to offer for it. As for the actual worth...you'll get different opinions on those depending on whom you ask. For a lot of Alchemists, these wings are priceless because of the effort and achievement. For Exchangers and most of Gaia, they're only worth the sum of their components plus a little more. Going by the latter...I'll ballpark the price at about 8 billion gold, conservatively.
