Welcome to what will become the first major guild project for the GCA, Project Bouquet. What is Project Bouquet? Project Bouquet is a weekly mission to reach out to people who are not yet members of the GCA through the gifting of the simple handmade bouquets that can be made in the Buttercup Cafe. It will be used to as a way to advertise the GCD thread, the guild, and our movement of peace through acts of kindness.
So why bouquets? Bouquets are a fairly simple thing to acquire. For a small amount of time in Towns you can pick up a handful of flowers and turn them into small bouquets. For as little as one hundred gold you can make a single plain style flower bouquet to hand out to people through the gift system. With ten flowers of the same type and one thousand gold you can make a larger flower bouquet. But it's more than their ease of gaining and making that make them special. Gaia is the goddess of order, daylight, and most importantly nature and the flower is but one symbol of the natural world. It is the perfect welcoming symbol for our guild.
Why weekly and not just during an event? The plot is scheduled to update every week on Fridays. This is when interest in it is at it's peak for a week, especially when something major is revealed through the new manga pages. Handing out flowers on the weekends after the plot has updated is a good time to get people to consider becoming members of the Alliance and devoted followers of Gaia. We want to show them that through Gaia's guidance and love comes friendship and acceptance not the struggle to be heard and acknowledged. On top of that it gives us a week to restock our supply of flowers and bouquets.
We will literally bring down the opposition through our kindness.

Just like everything we do here in the GCA there are going to be a few rules for this project. To take part in this it is recommended that you abide by the rules put forth here.
✖ Follow site ToS when in this thread, while gifting, and when out in Towns restocking your supply. Remember we don't want to do anything that will make Bucket!Gino sad because we represent the GCA and the Gaia movement.
✖ Keep all gifts anonymous. We don't want the gifts to come from you personally but from the guild as a whole.
✖ Use all approved gifting messages and wrappings when sending your bouquets. This keeps things uniform and uniquely from the GCA.
✖ Respect all suggestions made by project participants. From people to gift to threads to look for giftees in all suggestions will be considered so please do not start trouble over it. You are more than welcome to object with reasons why.

When out and about on your gifting runs there are going to be a few things that you will be required to use and do while gifting. We want to keep things uniform with the guild and to get people talking and this will help achieve that. Here's the approved things you can use when sending your anonymous gifts.
✖ Gifting Days: Every Friday through Sunday after the manga updates each week. You can gift at any time but try to do the majority of your gifting on the weekends.
✖ Wrapping: Green with the light yellow bow or white with the green bow.
✖ Message: Currently we have one gift tag message that's more abbey centric and are still taking suggestions for a second more GCA centered message.

✖ Edmund's Sexy Party- Stick to anyone posting since this past December (I'll handle the thread owner myself)
✖ Gino's Harem- Stick to the last two or three pages of the thread as this one isn't as active as it once was. We want them to know they'll always have a home with us.
✖Nyx Cult Members- Thanks to Foxy Footed Lass for obtaining this information. Check the list and watch their thread to see who might appear to be getting left behind by others and remind them we are around.
✖ Gambino Support Thread- This isn't a very active fan thread right now but you can try to get people on the last page of the thread.
✖ The Welcome to Gaia Forum- New people are always looking for a home on a Gaia and a reason to stay on the site. If we extend a hand of welcoming to them maybe they'll consider joining the Alliance and this guild. When gifting to someone in the Welcome to Gaia forum do link them to the thread in the GCD so they can learn more about us.
✖ Word Games Forum- Occasional posters to the GCD also like to hang around the Word Games forum. They'll be looking for a side to join when the battle comes about and if we get to them now they just might join in our cause.
✖ Paws Forum: If you're using an animal base you have an in with the Paws forum. If you see someone in there that you think would be good for the Alliance then feel free to gift them one of the animal flower items. We want all of the animals on Gaia to feel welcome with the Alliance.

Here we will list all Alliance members taking part in Project Bouquet. These members will be handing out bouquets and will be the ones you can donate any flowers to. Be sure to ask them first before sending them any flowers. If you want to be an official participant in Project Bouquet just let us know and you will be added to the list.
And with that Project Bouquet is underway. Right now we need messages to add to the gift tags. We want them to be welcoming and full of kindness, friendship, and good blessings under Gaia's protection. These messages will represent the guild and our GCD thread and will hopefully get people to at the very least check out our GCD thread. If we put forth the promise in these gifts to treat everyone with kindness and respect and to include them in all of our discussions it had better be a promise we're willing to keep. Openness, respect, and inclusion are going to be the main things we offer to anyone willing to follow Gaia's example.

Answer. Any flowers that you can get your hands on will be used. We just want to blanket people with a lot of bouquets to let them know we're out there and welcome them as members. Another answer. There are going to be people within the Nyx group we'll be going for. Right now I don't have specific people in mind but I've been hearing that some members of their cult are being neglected and overlooked in favor of the more upper level members. It appears that maybe six or seven members of the cult are the most active cultists out there.
Also, just from my poking around the GCD there's a user named Princess Piffle who's currently shopping for a side to support in this battle. She would be the perfect candidate for gifting because she still hasn't picked a deity to support.

Does it have to be a small or a big bouquet? And can we also give bouquets to Gambino's and Ian's fanthreads? Jayce and some Ianites are still posting in the GCD though. biggrin I'm not sure with Gambino's fans though.
I can only make bouquets...The plot updates at midnight in my place and I'm usually online 15-18 hours after each update.

Size does not matter. If you just want to stick with one flower and only spend one hundred gold to save on gold and stretch your flowers that's fine. If you feel like handing out a big bouquet that's fine too. So long as the initial gifting run happens during the weekend after the updates it doesn't matter what time you're able to do it.
And by all means get that Gambino fan thread. I couldn't find its name but I know that one is being posted in again and anyone on the last two or three pages of it are perfect candidates for gifting. And yes the Ian fan thread even though Jayce is on the Nyx side sadly. We can't leave out Barton's resident vampire now can we.
About that Pizza I have no clue who that could be.
@Thread: While we want the initial spree to happen mostly on the weekends if you see someone you think would be awesome to have in the Alliance and want to send them something any time during the week you're more than welcome to do so.
