The rift, an area that has recently been formed by a tear in the planar fabric that seperates this world from another more turbulent place. In this place, young archons come through the rift to escape their own turbulent world, hoping to gain a new life in ours.
The rift itself is a great gash in the ground filled with blue lightning & crackling energy that sparks up in tendrils of light, a place that enstills both wonder & fear in those who view it. Strange things are said to happen here, though no one knows when....
