Ears perked up and bright eyes trailing the skies above her, Avari let out a gentle sigh as she shifted uncomfortably upon her hooves. It had been so long since Varian had brought her back from the mountains. Eyes dropping to the grass at her hooves, she felt a surge of sadness as the memory of why she'd been out there flashed through her mind. Oh Dal, hanging her head low, she watched the shadows slowly creep over the grass and her hooves. She'd been so close to her, so close to seeing her sisters face if she still remained there. Tears gathering in her eyes as her mind swamped her with terrifying what-ifs, Avari started slightly as a foal kicked within her swollen stomach. "Are you unhappy little Nim?" She commented quietly to herself, her head tilting to the right to peer at where the scolding kick had hit her. "I'm sorry, I'm trying." Drawing in a deep breath to chase off the darkening thoughts, Avari waited in silence until the sun was just a sliver on the horizon before smiling. She'd go on a walk tonight, after all she'd been trapped for too long in the little grove she lived in. All day she'd paced around the peaceful area while the sun was crossing the skies, doing nothing but sleep on and off. Yet finally as the sun was almost gone, and it's last remaining rays scattered through the trees, Avari felt her spirits lift. Night was always the time she'd felt the safety of her home settle throughout herself.

After all, it was easier to hide in nights embrace, plus Varian had always reassured her that this was the time the townfolk slept. Shaking out her mane, she cast a quick look in the general direction of the castle (Though thankfully it wasn't visible from her location) and winced as she felt the foals twist inside her again. She'd been thrilled when she first saw signs of her pregnancy, yet as time went on she felt more and more encumbered by the extra weight. Carefully walking towards the nearby clearing for some moonlight basking, Avari curled her tail behind her. How her mother had managed this in the threatened woods of her home she didn't know, eyes darkening as the thought of that mare crossed her mind, the small unicorn simply huffed and pushed it out of her mind. Carefully ducking through the branches of some willow trees that lined her home, she walked quietly out until the clearing as her ears lifted alert and she scanned the area for anything else. Moving slightly out and heartbeat picking up Avari was only able to go so far before panic gripped her. "Sorry, sorry." Ears flicked back momentarily as she swore she felt her foals displeasure fill her, she lifted her head and turned in a circle as she searched for the moon. She just wanted to relax after all..

Tonight the siren was silent she was in no mood for attracting those to her really. She had be scolded for a failed attempt told she was getting to lazy only recruiting those that would follow her voice. That's what she was good at why would she do it any differently? She sighed as her hooves carried her across the fields she was still keeping her eye out either for something interesting or to watch out for humans as it would be. Maybe it was time for her to choose a harder project though something that would take longer but perhaps be worth it in the long run.

Sitar shook herself off her bows bouncing in the moon light. She then tilted her cat like ears she was sure she had heard someone. She tilted her head and spotted the beautiful white mare. And noticed she was pregnant. She started to walk on unless females showed an interest some how she never approached them. But she stopped a longer project a harder one. She narrowed her eyes and turned round it was time to use her powers of a silver tongue and acting to the test. "My dear in your state should you be alone in this night? Not to be rude mine you I am just a concerned passer by." She slowly approached seeming to try and not look like a threat in anyway.

The peace of the night, as always worked it's magic on her nerves. So with her eyes close and head upturned towards the full moon's gentle glow, Avari breathed a deep sigh of content. Ears twisting lightly with the noise of the nearby forest, this area was always so peaceful. Tail curled up behind her she hummed her content quietly under her breath and lowered her head to a more relaxing position as the light of the moon washed over her. Yes, this was indeed what she needed. So enthralled with the night, she rather sillily mistook the brushing of hooves against the short grass as the sound of the wing stirring the branches.

It was only when the sudden words of another that she brought out of her quiet meditation. Gaze quickly snapping to the others appearance, she tilted her chin down as she scanned over the mare a few steps away. Ears flicked back into her mane she shifted on her hooves, her mind already running with the quickest way back to the forest. Though.. The mare didn't sound threatening, nor did she has the harsh appearance Avari would expect from someone with malicious intentions. (She was nothing like that one Azrein that her mate has said was from something called the six.) Yet even-so a faint shiver ran down her spine as her instincts screamed at her to leave. Drawing in a quiet breath to steady her nerves, Avari took a light step back with her back hoof and offered the other the smallest of smiles. "I figured alone is the safest thing I could be, is it not?" She questioned softly as her tail gave an flick behind her, the long silver fur brushing at the small blades of grass. "I didn't really expect to see someone wandering so far into this area, are you lost?"

Sitar seemed to stop and flatten her ears just a little at the step back but she flicked them back up she was trying to convey concern for the other mare's space. "I would not think so. When you are alone there is no one to watch your back while you drink, of keep watch while you sleep." Sitar said with ever ounce of concern laid on her face.

"Oh no not lost at all. I like to explore, meet new azrein. my hooves led me here this night. And even though I'm alone at the moment I have a herd to meet up with when the night is through." She smiled sweetly to the other mare. "I like to sing songs to those who will listen or keep company if you like I can sing one for you." Sitar wanted to gag this was sicking but it would be worth it if she could prove to herself she could snag more then just a few random males for their cause.

Tipping her head to the right, then left as she spoke very valid points, Avari frowned lightly, her ears still remaining pinned to her mane. Yet this time more out of her scolding thoughts rather then flat out distrust/fear for the other Azrein. "I suppose you're right.." She sighed more to herself as the other mare chatted on about why she exactly was out in this part of the woods. Though it all was spoken sincerely and gave her no reason to flat out distrust her, within herself Avari desperately tried to poke holes. After all, no one was ever without ill-intent. Were they? Keeping a polite smile in place, she took one last side-long glance towards the safety of her woods before turning to face the other fully. "That sounds like a wonderful life of adventures." She offered, her front hoof pawing lightly at the grass. "As for music, I'd be happy to listen for a bit if you'd like." Nodding slightly, she ran her tail through the grass behind her. In all her years on the Isle she'd never really heard someone sing, well. She hummed now and then but they were always senseless tunes that were meant to keep her foals content.

After all, such noise was pointless when you were trying to survive, but she would be a fool if she didn't enjoy the way nature could sing to her on off-days. Perhaps she was able to sing like the birds did during the days? Holding back a small laugh at the idea she shifted her heavy weight on her hooves once as she waited for her to begin.

"Right maybe but it does not mean that your way is completely wrong." She smiled encouragingly. She giggled a little at the comment. "I enjoy it anyways." She smiled kindly it would be hard to know there was any ill will there it was being hidden so deep. "Oh wonderful a wiling ear." she smiled then shook out her mane to ready herself to sing. She opened her mouth and sang for Avari. Her melody blended with the night scape instead of breaking it. She kept her eyes closed as she sang a sign of trust towards any that would know it. She song a different tune from her siren melodies this one meant more to entertain then to enchant. It was rather fun to sing something difference for once and it showed on her face and in her body language. When she finished to opened her eyes and seemed to look to Avari for her judgement on the singing her ears perked just slightly forwards ready to receive the news good or bad.

Smile softening into one more sincere as her voice weaved it's way through the air around the, Avari studied the mares face curiously. She appeared so peaceful as the softest of tunes rang from her. Humming a soft tone of approval she lifted her gaze to the moon once more before allowing her eyes to fall closed. Mind dancing with each rise and fall of the notes, it was almost as if the very wind around them played with her voice, and in this moment she became so much more aware of the creatures around them. From the rustling of leaves down to the small crickets of spring they all seemed to join in with the mares very voice. All combining into something she'd never heard come from another Azrein. Remaining silent for a moment or two after the other's tune fell to an end, Avari eventually opened her eyes and glanced side-long at her. "That was like nothing I've ever heard before." She began before sighing feeling much more at ease then she had just minutes before. "It was so light and airy, yet it was almost as if I could feel it. It really was just beautiful." Avari praised happily, perhaps this was a gift from the Great Mother herself. After all, she'd been alone for so long. So with a shake of her mane to toss her bangs from her eyes she walked a few steps away and carefully laid down to settle into the soft grass with huff. She always felt uncomfortable lately, yet taking the weight off her hooves helped every now and again. Only for a short while at least.

"Come, relax with me will you not? I'd love some company for the night." Turning to look back at her she shifted to lay more on her side with a gentle huff. "And your name, I don't believe I got it?"
