its a guild suggestion, not a rule ok
if someone has not logged in for more than 30 days for vice or 60 days for crew I think they should get demoted and in another 30 days if they still have not logged in then either demote the person again or ban them
give everyone like a week to log back in and then if they still don't then do this and find new crew / vice
