☾ History: At the time of the eruption Ithil had been with her daughter. Her chosen mate was hunting, or perhaps goofing off as he had normally done before. Panic and chaos had taken over land. Despite her searching she could not catch even the slightest scent of her mate nor the rest of her children. It wasn't until the prompting of a strange wolf that she decided to finally flee with her only remaining child (who, though is an adult, remained close to her family). Still distraught once they reached the other side she demanded to stay near the pass so that she could see the rest of her family when they crossed over. In her mind, there is no "if". The stranger promised to help, but Ithil was certain that her family was looking for her as well and the help would not be necessary. The family would be together soon, or so she thought... ☾ Info: Ithil is a motherly wolf who loved nothing more than to be around her family. Before finding her mate she had been alone and was quite used to the feeling. However, after finding a family her whole perspective had changed. This has made that terrible event all the more heartbreaking for her. Only one of her children remain and though she is thankful for her, she still misses the rest of them dearly. It is as if something is missing from her very soul. Despite this tragic event, Ithil continues to try and find the joy in life. She masks her sorrow in making sure her daughter is taken care of and keeping a positive attitude. The hope of seeing her family again keeps her going every day. When the sun sets Ithil finds some comfort in watching the moons and stars. They always remind her of her lost mate.

☾ History: Like many wolves, Link fled the savage volcanic eruption to come to a new and unfamiliar land. He had always been one to wander about for the thrill of adventure, and that seemed to have been what had saved his life this time. During the escape he had aided a wolf with a moon on her forehead and the wolf's daughter. They had lost family, but time to escape the mountain's wrath was running out. After they had safely made it across the path, Link promised to help find the missing family members or at least any word of them. The mother wolf, Ithil, wished to remain close to the safe side of the pass, just in case the rest of her family would pass by. After that they parted ways and Link set out on his new adventure... ☾ Info: Link is a kindhearted and courageous wolf, though at times he can also be a bit rash. Since he could remember, he had always had a wanderlust. Being in one place for too long always causes a slight unease until he can set off once again. The world is a fascinating place and it would be a shame to not see as much as possible before the journey is over.
