You didn't think she was gone, did you?
Wonderland returns for almost everyone that lives a life or un-life, and the few that stay awake for long enough between need to try and stay alive. A body can't live on dreams alone.

This time it has swallowed him up too. It's a relief. He and Ahm are not always together in the game, but they are both here, and here they can rule their own guild, better than the clan, better than anything because it's theirs.
He wakes infrequently, and in those brief glimpses of reality he finds himself withering away, ribs prominent. It worries him when teeth begin to fall out, but then he sleeps again, and the worries fall away. In Wonderland, the cakes come to find him, eat me, eat me.
