I just felt like asking--which monsters in silent hill are you most scared of?

I'm terribly scared of patient from silent hill 4. Good lord if I ever meet those creatures in real life, I would freeze up and just not be able to move.

I have two. One I'm absolutely terrified of and the other that disturbs and creeps me out from a psychological standpoint. The ones that terrify me are the ghosts from Silent Hill 4 because they are relentless pursuers and just can't die! The Room gets my heart racing faster than any other Silent Hill game just because of them alone. Psychologically I'd say Valtiel is the one that creeps me out. Not because of his looks or anything but just because he is always there... watching you and waiting for that moment when your role would be fulfilled. If I saw him in real life I would not be able to move as I would know all that would await me is terror and torture in an unfamiliar world.
