my first character has gotten it's Civilian Cert. He's going to be a Senshi, but I'm still waiting on the art and winning a slot. I've been told that once I get the civilian Cert I can start the diary. I'm confused though. He's accepted as a Senshi, though no powered art or powered cert yet. So does that mean he goes in the powered diary section, or the civilian section?

[ Gwing is right, until you have the powered art you can only rp your character as a civilian (if you have that art). Start it off in the civilian thread and you can always quote me when you have his sailor art and i shall move it along (I usual do this when you post in the icon thread for the front page! <3 ]
