Creature  Feuereches --Be careful of it's poison! While not deadly, it can and will put you out of action with a high fever for weeks. Feed them boukens and silx. It considers onds and flowquettes very tasty as well! You will need to keep them in a large cage or enclosure till you've tamed them so that they don't fly of. »»» Only those in the Kindred or Adept stages or above many attempt to train them. They are very poisonous so great care needs to be taken. That or you must have attempted to train a total of 10 animals before, include success and failures. »»» For Step 1: -20 to capture unless you can fly or control the wind (Orderites, Ayrala Dovaa, any Khehora, and master stages with large enough wings), then it's only -10. They live exclusively in the air and are very fast so catching them is difficult. Toki was flying about in the wind storm that blew across Ayr most days. He was out enjoying the exercise and feel of the wind, the lack of other creatures and the silence that the wind brought with it. Silence in that all you could hear was it's howling and whistling. A nice contrast from the silence of the desert; which was filled with the flickering of heat and soft hiss of sand shifting. Since his main senses were blocked by the wind, he had his static field out. Though it was only lightly out, enough to alert him if something entered it's field. Which it did just then.. something fast and small was zipping about below him. Curious, he dropped down and started to follow the fast moving creature as it zipped about.

Suluksati was on patrol as she often was. The skies of Ayr called to her need for the sky, and she was as close to happy as someone like her could be as she glided effortlessly on the constant winds, her feathers whispering softly in the gale. An Alikhora was born for the air, no matter what their clan. It was their home and sanctuary. At least, that was what it was for Suluksati. It was a bit of peace from the squabbles and troubles of the world below, somewhere away from her quest and her failures. The sky was free. Today's patrol was quiet. Two leggers and four leggers and dragons were minding their own business and going about their own lives. She had even watched a few baby Ayrala dragon hatchlings - from a distance - take their first flight. She assumed it was their first, anyway, from the way their wings beat awkwardly and their magic flared and danced. It had been cute, but she hadn't watched long, not wanting to disturb them or their parents. It had not been long, but it had been enough to cheer her from the melancholy that plagued her very shadow. Too many failures. Too many moral questions. But new life always boueyed her, much like the wind. She rode a particularly lovely thermal, humming happily to herself, when a stray breeze - moving quickly past - brought a familiar electrified scent. Toki. she remembered, with surprise, the blind elder who had guided her out of the dark land. But he was Kiandri and his home was on Eowyn. What was he doing here? What had he been doing on Soldul, come to think of it? She didn't remember. Curious, she changed course with a mighty flap of her wings, and headed towards the origin of the wind.

DraconicFeline I'll roll for step 2 after you post! He caught a scent of an Aeduan on the air, but was a bit busy to pay too much attention to it. The creature he was chasing was quite fast and it required all his attention just to keep track of it! But…. He sighed. Something else was in the area and this was unwise. He strengthened his static field and shocked whatever creature he’d been chasing with it. Difficult that… since it required him to concentrate on it, fly, not hit any of the spires looming out of the mists, and cast magic. Well.. good thing I’ve got lots of practice with multitasking, he thought with amusement as he swooped down to grab the creature and then turn to face the direction he’d sensed an Aeudan. The creature in his claws was a long slim snake like creature with long slim feathered wings. He wasn’t sure what it was, that would require more time spent examining it… Or the eyes of another, he thought with a grin as he finally caught the scent of who was following him: Suluksati! The girl who wanted to protect dragons.

Suluksati followed the scent in bursts as it was brought to her by the fickle winds. Finally, with an expert flick of her wings, she careened into a canyon. It was a corridor of stoic stone, quiet and still of air for the time being. But the rocks crawled lazily with serpentine shapes - Fuereches she noted. It must be some sort of feeding season, if they were so close to the rocks. She maintained altitude, not wanting to bother them for the time being - their stings were nasty, as she had found out. Instead, with the oppurtunity afforded by the calm valley, she looked up to see a familiar shape flying above. It was Toki! She trilled in greeting and, with a mighty upbeat, joined him in the breeze-filled open air. She felt her feathers stand on edge as the light electrical current passed through them and realized that he had caught something. A Fuereaches. "Hello, Elder!" she called, more polite than a simple sound, "Are those good to eat?" she didn't think so, poison and all, but he knew best.

"Ah... eat?" He held it up and petted it's head awkwardly. "Mmm. I do not know. I was.. going to try and tame it to be honest! Do you know what it is by any chance?"He hadn't been to Ayr in decades.. and when he had been to Ayr it'd been to hunt Dragons, or visit other Khehora.. so he was not familiar with the wild life about here. But perhaps Suluksait was!

She flew gracefully beside him, trying not to chuckle in the thin air about how delicately he was managing to stroke the creature. Claws were just not made for stroking. "Tame it?" what an... interesting... goal. One that Sulu had never thought of doing ever in her life. Wildlife either killed her, was killed by her, or kept to itself. But he was an elder and could do whatever he wanted. She wasn't going to tell him otherwise! "Watch for its stinger;" she said, "Its a Fuereches... There are others below." she commented, crooning at it in a way she hoped was soothing - she did want to help, after all.

DraconicFeline Since we both failed... Toki will just release it Toki gave a smile. "I've become slightly addicted to catching animals and trying to train them in some way." Fuereches and poisonous, he thought. Maybe it's best if I leave this here. My fae's would try to play with it and get poisoned for their troubles.... He sighed and gave the critter one last pat before releasing it. "Pity it's poisonous, I'd try to keep it, but I'd have to have somehow keep it from stinging my other pets." He listened to it flutter away before turning to Sulu. "How has your efforts at helping hte Dragons been going lately?" He asked curiously. He wondered if she'd managed to further her goals at all. 196/300

Want to continue the rp in another taming or... what she said, intrigued, as the creature writhed sinuously into the constantly moving air of this land, "What sort of creatures have you trained?""And... ah..." So he had remembered. And he still did not hate her. Suluksati wished that he had been the elder of her clan. "I have had... mixed... results. But overall better, I think..." For now. "Not as well as I would like, though..." she admitted, sighing, "Too many still die, and none will take my help... Do you think..." she began, a thought occurring to her. It had been present before, but it had never been clear enough to be voiced, not until now, "Do you think that I would have to somehow... intimidate the dragons? To keep them safe?"(239/300)

DraconicFeline gotta reach 300 words for this last step then we can~ Toki laughed at her words. "Intimidate them? Oh dear!" He chuckled and shook his head. "Dragons respond to intimidation with anger and attacks. Well, they do that to most responses but threats especially are seen as a challenge...” In fact, considering how much they tried to intimidate or hunt everything, they viewed themselves as the top of the food chain. Meaning any threats coming their way by non-dragons didn’t affect them much… At least that’s what he’d seen in his lifetime. “As for what I’ve tamed. I’m gotten an Arrical cub, though he’s mostly grown now, plus I’ve helped with a Dactyl, some sort of small creature that lives here on Ayr. Other than that, not much.” (300 words reached)

She sighed along with the winds that filtered through her feathers. "So... that is not an option. Talking has not helped, avoiding can only do so much..." her shoulders slumped, dispirited, slightly, as she glided along. "You know so much... I would appreciate your insight, elder..." and his company. "Could you show me what you mean by taming?" she said, changing the subject. She found herself oddly and extremely curious about his hobby.
