From the moment you lay eyes on the gigantic gates that tower far higher than they are wide, you will begin to respect the 'Sun' elves in a new light. The city is filled with large walkways and towering trees, and shrubs, that reach high and look over the city walls. Sculptures of falcons and griffins line paths and squares, courtyards are reserved, and the higher reaches on the balconies are for those most deeply wanting to observe and learn.
This, is Sunspire City, home and most adorned city of the Star Elves of the East, named by themselves as the Sun Elves. Here, there are far less arcane crystals as their thirst for knowledge of the arcane is lesser than the Star Eves of the west. It is easy to compare this city to Evermoon, the style did indeed develop from that, yet Sunspire feels much warmer, like an eternal, golden autumn. And instead of the tall towers and great expanses adding to the overwhelming feeling of largeness - Sunspire's towering buildings makes many of the large walkways feel more... cosy. Because of their need to balance the amount of the Sun's energy they require to live, Sunstones can be seen placed amongst the sittle, shard-like crystals that are opaque and white in colour. They radiate a warmth and purity, and act as a means for the elves to 'let off' some magical power, or absorb it in strong doses. In the heart of the city, near the King's palace, is the Sun's Zenith, a gigantic Sunstone.
Behind all the golden decoration, the cream paths, the red and purple curtains and stone walkways there are darker crannies, like underground rooms and shady streets, all beautiful but ominous as they hide from the sun, offering refuge from Elves badly ill from the sun's power. Contain too much of their curse and they turn to fire - take too little and they wither.

Lottie twisted her nose and narrowed her eyebrows when Tsuna rebuked anything she had to say. "Hm" she said, crossing her arms, "maybe you shouldn't think everyone's out to get you all the time" she said as she turned her back against the Therian. Honestly, she couldn't think of a time that Tsuna didn't think she was hated or that somebody was just insulting. Aoi looked between the girls and could see the tension, it was obvious so far that Tsuna was the leader of the team, but it was also obvious that there was still some tension between the team, something that she wasn't used to with her team back in Merlin. She almost let out a sigh in pity, but was distracted when the two lines of guards across the bridge began to salute.
At the far end where the citadel was, a tall slender man stepped forwards. As he got closer to them across the bridge he stood out against the crimson carpet laid across it. King Althaes Sol was more resplendent than everyone else He wore a back cloth under-shirt and trousers that hugged the curvature of his slim yet muscular body. Atop this he wore plate made from several different pieces across his chest, shins, arms, shoulders and waist. All of it was bright red with golden trim. Between his collar bones was a diamond shaped white crystal, the same crystals dotted impressive points of his armour. From his spoulders spilled a long crimson cape, and from his waist descended the bottom half of a rope. A tabard of similar design was hidden beneath his armour across his chest. He had fair skin and his hair was bright ginger, like the setting sun in summer. It was parted down the middle of his head and feathered down on either side of his face. The rest of the longer red hair cascaded across his chest on either side and extended further down to about half way down his back. His eyes were also the colour of the burning sun in evening. He was accompanied by Canae'daras, this time without his Dawnstrider.
"Team Sun" he said, his voice deep yet soft. He was examining a magical scroll in his hands and then looking to them. As they confirmed to him he handed it to Canae'daras. "Welcome to my kingdom, the Sun will guide you for your time here. Your living quarters have been arranged and will be showed to you when you require them. But first, there is something that you must be shown." King Al'thaes then pulled his arms out, when high and one at waist height and a white-orange glow ignited in his palms. His curlsed his fingers a few times like a ripple from pinky to index finger and back again. He then thrust his arms up and a spell ignited, beneath them the floor lit up with white-hot runes and just as quickly they were in another place entirely. "Turn" he said, an archway peering into a Sunborne room behind him. As Team Sun turned around they realised they were high upon the tallest spire in Sunspire, they could see all the vale, where they had come from, and perhaps even a shimmer of blue in the far off distance that marked the beginnings of the Star Elf forests. Aoi looked over the edge, peering down and seeing the courtyard where they were just standing. Lottie on the otherhand pointed out the site of the attack by the stranger vardent man. "I watched your abilities from here and I must admit. I am impressed... for just children you appear to harness skill of an adult. The man you encountered was a servant of a force that has plagued our people for centuries. The vardent are not without their leaders, and you came across one of them. They are much stronger and much more intelligent. In all honesty, I'm surprised you weren't roasted to death by that Vardent Rock. In Otherearth we all came to start a new life when Occulas would not accept us. But here we found a new, ancient evil. Obviously, I suspect you already know that much. But all races on this land share one foe, the Vardent. For us, however, it is personal. And in the end it is only our birthright to purge this world of the taint that is Vardent. "
If someone were to ask us, "Who's this all for?" We'd laugh, and say, "Our egos."
Even if a mirage lies before us... even if our communication remains surface-level... I realise that I truly believe; there's more than forewells to be found on this planet! Even if time passes and this all fades away, I'll still smile and say, "It wasn't a waste!"

Tsuna MikiTsuna's face fumed with anger that was ready to erupt from Lottie's insensitive remark. Of course most people were against her, not only to her visible animal traits make her a prefect target for alienation but her egoistical behavior drove others away. However, if that's the case why did Lottie, Micha'el, and now Aoi remain by her side? She claimed she was the leader, but that title doesn't give them an obligation to keep her in the group. The redhead heard Aoi sigh disappointingly behind her and wanted to confront her immediately, but her attention turned to the saluting guards. Her bright blue eyes focused on the lengthy, regal man emerging from the confines of his palace.
His entire appearance clashed against the velvet red carpet under his feet, yet she wasn't turned off by his stunning presence. The black cloth under his shirt could be seen peering out of the cuff and neck hole while his trousers extenuated his robust curves. Armor constructed from a variety of metals covered his shoulders, chest, arms, waist, and shins. The metals had been dipped in some kind of substance that made them this metallic blood color with gold trim lining the edges. Embezzled on the armor was a diamond crystal placed just above his chest and shimmered in the sunlight. Lastly, a gorgeous long red cape hung around from his shoulders that was picked up by the gentle breeze that swept through. His fair complexion outmatched the other elves near him and his hair, well hers held no context to his silky locks. The king's hair dangled down to the middle of his back while to decent sided pieces hugged his cheeks, laying lightly on his shoulders. Even from the distance they stood from him, his eyes looked like the blazing sun and they were so mesmerizing that she couldn't turn away. King Althaes Sol was full of life and energy, but Canae'daras looked the opposite beside him. He looked so depressed which made her want to puke seeing how unappreciative he probably was with the position he's been given. She only wished she was as fortune.
Sol addressed them so confidently as he confirmed their identities from the scroll that contained their information. After handing it to Canae'daras, he warmly welcomed them into his home and provided a good amount of hospitality with it. Once the small introduction was finished, he claimed that he had something of importance to show them. Suddenly, he lifted one hand up high while keeping the other study at his side before conjuring a ball of orangish-white light. Caressing and weaving his fingers all over the creation, he finally thrust his hands up letting the ball explode into a fantastic spectacle of light. White runes glowed on the ground under them and when she looked up they had been transported to a different area entirely. Commanding them respectfully to turn, the team found themselves suspended on the tallest spire throughout all of the city. From their perspective they could see everything, the town, the gates, the forest beyond Sunborne, and a glitter of blue from the Star Elves' territory. Aoi and Lottie were able to focus on certain places from up high, but she couldn't comprehend the massive sight they were witnessing causing her eyes to dart all over the place. As she examined the environment, she listened to the King speak strongly about their situation. He has watched them fight was thoroughly impressed by their combat skills. Apparently, they had knowingly battled and killed on of the leaders of the Vardent army. He also explained how Occulas rejected them so they came to live here and they all share a common goal. As their birthright states, the Sunborne are meant to pure the world of the Vardents. Although, how do the Star Elves fit in this war? Don't they have equal rights seeing how they share the same land? Shouldn't these two nations band together and forget their history in order to exterminate this threat? Tsuna turned to the King unafraid and simply replied, "You said "leaders", how many do you suspect their are? How many of the Vardent leaders have you taken down so far?"

Al'thaes Sol's eyes shimmered as they took in the horizon. Team Sun standing before him on the stone balcony of cream and gold as they took in the awe and beauty of his vale. His head tilted down to Tsuna as she asked him about the Vardent leaders. "We have taken down a great many. How many more is uncertain. We may kill three and they will come back with six. Or another sun we might kill six and they return with one. Their leaders come from nowhere, they arise from their domain like a plague. Once, centuries ago, my armies ascended a cursed fort to the south to avenge the plight of our once-allies in the north. We tore their land to pieces and purged it in the name of the sun. We had thought without their stronghold they would stop coming. Instead, the Vardent are just more like wild animals with inferior intelligence. No. It is when they come with their... humanoid controllers that they become a real threat. What you encountered was likely a scout for a new stronghold we believe lies further south that the last. That is where you come in. You might not be as graceful or... lightfooted us the Sunborne. But you are different, you are small. You possess talent that we do not. With such qualities I believe you will be able to help us retrieve something that is ours..." "And what might be yours, your majesty? If I may ask, we could locate it much faster." Micha'el asked carefully with hsi words chosen before he said a thing. The king's eyes seemed to glow a brighter shade of orange just then as he replied "our enemies are fools to still use powers that cursed us in the dawn of Sunspire. What we rightfully desire is what makes the dark times pass. We call them Cursed Stones. Giant, black, unholy shards of rock emenating nothing but the magical powers of the Vardent. They look very much the same as our Sunstones" he gestured down towards the Heart of Sunspire. Micha'el and the others followed his gaze and could see small dots, Sun Elves had dotted themselves around it. Micha'el couldn't help but notice like the light of the Heart was reaching out to them.
"With our profound power we can purge the darkness from within the stones and release their true potential. So that we may survive." The king finished hius sentence just as a small serpentine create weaved of warm light swam in the air towards him. It had a face like a dragon and a body of a snake with fins like a fish. It's eyes glimmered pure sunlight. Althaes Sol put the back of his fingers against its chin and brought his other hand above it. He then tenses his hands and pulled the light that made the creature apart, with a small groan it was transformed and sucked into a small ball of light between the King's fingers. His eyes glowed fiercly and upon his lips was a smirk, lines across his cheeks lighting up just the same as his eyes like tattoos filled with life as he absorbed the rich power and let out a sigh. "This land" he said, "It pours with the power of the sun. We ourselves are cursed by it just as much as we are blessed. "
If someone were to ask us, "Who's this all for?" We'd laugh, and say, "Our egos."

Tsuna MikiAl'thaes Sol looked down at her proudly, as if his lack of victories over the Vardent Leaders couldn't damage his magnificence. He explained that they had defeated many leaders, however, their numbers would increase or decrease depending on the circumstances. He made it sound like their numbers are infinite seeing how they arise from thin air. She understood their their persistence to ravage this land is a nuisance, and their inconsistent attacks makes it difficult for anyone to defeat them. According to the King, centuries ago his armies ambushed one of the Vardent's forts in the south along with the Sunborne's neighboring allies. His soldiers attempted to exterminate the threat, but the mindless animals kept coming. Even now, with they Vardent scout they had encountered, it is believed that the Vardent's new stronghold is deep within the south. Desperately, he turned to Hope Academy for reassurance. Yet, he sounded more like he was mocking them than encouraging them despite his sugarcoated words. What Al'thaes Sol truly craved was an object if unquenchable power. Before she could inquire that information herself, Micha'el jumped to it first using his words wisely.
The King's reaction was breathtaking as his eyes glowed a more opaque shade as he happily undermined his enemies. The Cursed Stones is what he wanted. The stones resembled the ones in the city, expect these stones are tainted with an unholy dark magic. The team witnessed the darkness channeling through the humanoid Vardent they fought earlier. That power was incredible...perhaps unattainable...and if they could it...no, if she could get it...she couldn't resist claiming it. Tsuna possessive eyes turned to the Heart of Sunspire as it tugged on her soul and the soul of others, as citizens below gathered around it.
He continued by saying that they could purify the stones amplifying their resources for life. From the Heart of Sunspire, a serpent conjured from sunlight with the head of a dragon and the body of a fish swam to the King. He welcomed the ghostly serpent as he spaced his hands apart and created a wormhole of light to suck the creature it. It split apart followed by an audible hiss before being absorbed. His eyes lit up and his skin rejuvenated itself preserving his beautiful youth and longevity. Lastly, he basically stated that this land provides for them, but also binds them. Similar to the sun, it gives nutrition to the plants down below, but apply to much heat and a fire could erupt devouring the plants that need it. Tsuna in many ways could relate to them internally, but couldn't bring herself to feel pity for them. Probably because it was a waste of time; just like standing there and looking at the scenery was a waste of time. She pivoted quickly and began to walk past the Al'thaes Sol trying to hold herself above him. "What's the quickest route to the south? We should start searching for this stronghold immediately. If there is one. Anyway, I don't plan of staying here. If my teammates want to stay though that's fine. I can go on my own, no big deal." She stopped at Canae'daras's side and smirked placing her hand on his shoulder. "Arrange a transport for me, will you?" As an adviser or whatever he was, he should be able to do that much. As she brushed her hand away she expected someone to argue with her, but because she was so arrogant and did as she pleased, she could care less.

Micha'el watched in aw as the small serpentine creature was absorbed for its raw power. Those creatures must be made of the same power that the Sun Elves hunger, and so they just devour their raw magical energy when they felt like it... The more he observed these people he began to wonder if they had really hated being addicted to the power of the sun or whether they were beginning to enjoy its sustenance. He could understand now how the Sunborne and the Starborne do not get along. Their agendas are... quite different.
Aoi almost gasped, and Lottie swallowed. Tsuna then went on to talk about her plans, and then went over to Canae'daras, practically demanding for arrangements to be made. The king turned around to face her as she passed him and a grin placed itself upon his lips as he watched his Royal Protector reply to the girl. Canae'daras' eyebrows narrowed and his teeth bared almost like a cats would when they were angry, "not very intelligent, are you? Since your not particularly allied with the Therians I could be eating steak twice a weak." With that he stared into he eyes as intimidating as he could, the girls behind the King undoubtedly had their hairs stand up on edge. This guy sure wasn't afraid to threaten her like that, and the King didn't seem to want to stop him either. But then he raised a hand and Althaes said "There will be Danstriders available to you from the front gates, they can take you directly where you need to go. However I do suggest your team follows you, getting lost in that woods would make an awful lot of mess for you... and us. "
Without further ado, the King raised his hand and held his fist tight, a glow of light grew between his fingers. He then released the warm light gracefully with a flick of his fingers in the air. In a warm glow they were all taken back down to the base of the citadel, back across the bridge where the guards were all stationed to protect their king. "May the light guide you, Team Sun. I trust you can make your own way back to the front gates of Sunspire." The King took his leave, and with that Canae'daras left with a glare and turned around to follow the King across the long and narrow bridge.
"Well" Lottie said, "that was threatening." "What did he mean by steak?" asked Aoi, innocently. To which Micha'el placed his head in his hand with a sigh as Lottie pulled at her collar, "he was calling Tsuna, food" she said as if matter-of-fact but kept her voice quiet so no other elves would hear. Aoi then looked to Tsuna with a gasp, "maybe you shouldn't irritate Canae'daras any further!"
As the conversation ensued, Micha'el had turned around in his sighing and noticed the other Sun Elves behind him. There were several on benches around the Heart of Sunspire. So this was a Sunstone, he thought. The elves seemed to bask in its glory like cold-blooded reptiles, soaking up all the energy. It was then that he noticed a few of them kneeling on small stone platforms that were closer to the stone. Wisps of white-gold magic licks the elve's skin, as if they were soaking it up. The woman raised her head and her blonde hair fell down her back as she opened her eyes, they glowed brightly as if fully awake. He turned further, and towards the outskirts of the courtyard saw archways covered in the same curtains as before, this time purple. Some elves were standing their in robes or armour. Around here it was more obvious that everyone here was prepared to battle, it wasn't like back home where some people didn't know how to fight. Everyone here knew how to... they just didn't always have to. Elves with swords and shields, guards, or elves in robes with staffs on their back. He even overheard one of the elves saying to the other "the problem with those orc-people is that they lack sophistication", to which one replied with "Did you know they put bones through their nose? Astonishing, what a cruel thing to do to your face" "if anything it makes them look better they hadn't much of a face to begin with" together they let out a guffaw of laughter.
He found it harder and harder to understand the Sunborne. Some of them had good intentions, others not so good but not bad either. They just had prejudiced views, apparently, or an awful lot of betrayal against them. Their history has turned them into isolated and self-loving, since they trusted nobody else. Although, apparently, they enjoy the company of Therians from the southern tip of Otherearth. Maybe they would meet more elves in a better mood later in their journey. "Shall we leave?" Micha'el asked, "we're all coming with you, obviously"

Tsuna MikiThe King obviously found their little quarrel amazing considering he pivoted fully and grinned just to watch. Canae'daras wasn't accustomed to being pushed around be someone lower than him nor was he afraid to combat her arrogant remark. His comeback however, was plain cruel not to mention grotesque, but who was she to argue with his cannibalistic tendencies. Instead of fueling the tension between them, she turned happily and simply said, "I hope you use some condiments to go with it." He stared at her intimidatingly, but it didn't effect her as much as the cowering girls behind the King. She didn't care if Sol interfered or not, but he better send them on their way before more Vardents come. Eventually, Althaes Sol raised his hand and informed her about the Dawnstriders waiting at the front gates. The animals knew the direction in which they wished to traverse and he advised that her teammates tag along. The King was more concerned with her personal grudge against her own kind seeing how she could accidentally bring unwanted interaction into the city if she was spotted by the Therians. She respectful listened to her worries and nodded, "I understand. I will do as I am told, a dog must be loyal after all." she bowed for emphases looking to the others sternly.
With the King's hand still raised, he balled his fist tight and a ball of light was conjured; peering out through the crevices in between his fingers. Gently, he released the light and the lovely warm light eclipsed them transporting them back to the spot they were prior. On the bridge, surrounded by stiff guards at the base of the tower as Sol bid them farewell. From this point forward, they were on their own and would have to use their own wits to make it back safety. Canae'daras gave them a departing glare as he trailed behind the King strolling down the bridge and out of sight. Surprisingly, Aoi wanted to understand what Canae'daras's ridiculous threat meant which made Lottie and Micha'el uncomfortable discussing the grim matter. Lottie explained simply that the Protector thought of her as a piece of meat causing Aoi to fear for Tsuna's life. Of course, Tsuna didn't take his threat seriously and decided to mess around with the innocent youth. "I don't know...it depends on how good I taste. Here want a bite?" she asked holding her arm up to Aoi lips ready to make the girl burst into tears. She laughed and pulled away. "Relax, he's just jealous that he'll never had a cuisine as fine as me."
The redhead stopped joking around with Aoi knowing that it probably made her upset and followed Micha'el's gaze. The Sunborne citizens were scattered around the Heart of Sunspire, basking in its glory. Some soaked up the rays of the sun reflected off the faceted crystal while other closed in on its ambiance. The ones that were closest knelled on stones and welcomed the whisps of golden light to rejuvenate themselves. One blonde haired woman in particularly catch their attention seeing how her light lit up when the light poured into her. Right now, it was the middle of the day and from when they enter earlier little details had changed. For instance, the archway they came through had red curtains up that were now purple and a lot more elves were seen wearing armor. The elves bore swords, spears, and shields and even the ones without armor weren't without a weapon of some sort like a staff or bow. Obviously, they prepared themselves for battle, but didn't take the incentive to instigate them. After easily eavesdropping on two elves having a conversation near them, she knew their words hurt more than any blade could.
The two ostracized the orc race, and found their idle chatter laughable which she loathed. Obviously these people didn't grow up on manners or the King never bothered to teach them about equality. She rolled her eyes as Micha'el insisted that they all come along to which she shrugged. "I'm not stopping you. I merely suggested that you guys stay, it wasn't mandatory. Anyway, I'm eager to get out there, this place is suffocating." she grunted as she walked up to a Dawnstider standing a few feet away from them. She didn't bother making friends with the beast. Tsuna roughly grabbed onto its feathers and propped herself up onto the leather saddle. The bird squawked and bucked trying to get the unfamiliar figure off its back, but she refused to let ago. She held on tight and let the bird exhaust itself until it had no choice but to accept her company. "Alright, who's next?" Tsuna asked even though she was ready to take off.

Aoi took a step back a looked up at Tsuna with a worried glare of half anger and half worry, she didn't know how to convey either emotion and was taken completely off-guard. As Tsuna pulled away and laughed she almost felt a tear of sweat fall off her forehead. Aoi didn't say anything after that, instead she let out a sigh and turned away, thinking to herself.
Micha'el ignored most of her comments, he was used to her self-righteousness by now. He looked over his shoulder at the Dawnstriders as she mentioned leaving. "You wouldn't be wrong..." was he only reply, showing something the two of them could agree on. Micha'el was about to get onto his own dawnstrider just as Tsuna's bucked and squawked and made a hassle. He paused beside it until Tsuna's calmed down, giving into her. That was when Lottie strolled past and said "You don't have to overpower everyone you come into contact with" and then let out a "psht" sound before coming to her dawnstrider. It made a small noise, as if suspicious of her. But then Lottie stroked its neck and the creature began to stand proud, lowering it's back slightly for her so she could more easily propel herself up. Micha'el and Aoi then quickly followed her trend, finding such a method much easier. Lottie quickly waved a hand and said "ready!" as if excited to leave now.
Team Sun made their way back through the city, past countless elves and buildings that towered to the sky. Micha'el even began to notice just how many smaller Sunstones there were around the city. Often at the top of archways or placed in the middle of small plazas or spaces, hovering in the air so that elves may use them when they needed to. In fact, he saw one elf doing the opposite of the elf woman before. This man had long blond hair which was braided above the ears and merged together at the back to rest upon the rest of his hair behind his shoulders. He wore armour similar to the guards, yet this was less extravagant and more proud. Looked more like a knight of his own blade rather than a royal guard. This Sunborne approached one of the crystals and the white object groaned as he expelled some energy, his eyes becoming more dull as he did so. He let out a sigh. Slowly, Micha'el began to understand what kind of torment the Sunborne were going through. On the surface they are rude, cocky, and ignorant. But beneath that they are confident, proud, and self-aware. Without these Sunstones he wandered how difficult it would be for them to live. He hasn't done enough research on the race, but he realised the Sunstones brought balance, to siphon energy from or to expel energy to.
As they neared the front gates of the city Micha'el began to speak to Tsuna as the girls behind them conversed. "You don't hate her, really. Do you?" He asked softly, not really looking at her. He then gestured over his shoulder with his head towards Aoi, who was laughing with Lottie. "You just like to be hated. And yet you let us stay as a team. You could have just left us after the disaster with R-... Euphemia. You were even the one to get help when we were in danger..." Micha'el was getting questions off his chest. Things that had hovered in his mind for a while now. He didn't want to pry, he just wanted to understand Tsuna a little bit more.
And perhaps he might tell her some truth in exchange. Everyone had secrets, even he did.

Tsuna MikiTsuna knew she had upset Aoi, but the girl would learn to get over it. She had a brash personality and she wasn't entirely convinced that the others had completely warmed up to her yet. After she had caused a large commotion with her Dawnstrider, Micha'el oddly agreed with her to leave the Sunspire. Her brow raised in confusion, but figured the narcissistic and combative attitudes of the Sunborne were probably getting on his nerves. Lottie on the other hand though, felt animosity towards her and seemed like she wanted to stay here rather than travel together. She obviously hated the methods Tsuna used to take control, but the girl had always done things this way. To Lottie's response, Tsuna retorted, "How else would you establish dominance. Don't be such a stick in the mud." she then childishly stuck her tongue out thinking she was just messing around. Instead of being forceful with her Dawnstrider, Lottie took a more peaceful approach and relayed a pact of trust before hopping onto the creature's back. Micha'el and Aoi followed in her footsteps by gently stroking the bird's neck and then slowly hopping aboard. Tsuna scoffed at their sappy relationship skills and didn't bother listening to Lottie as she all ready kicked her heels into the Dawnstrider to make it go. It wasn't a hard kick, but it was enough to make the creature rebuke her before giving in to her demand.
As they trotted through the city, Tsuna began to notice new details that she hadn't taken into account. For example, the many different buildings and shops in each district of the city. Also the multiple crystals hovering above every archway for ease access to energy intakes. She hadn't asked the King how many dark crystals there were to gather, but assumed she would find out soon enough. Tsuna glanced over to see Micha'el witnessing another Sunborne come up to one of the crystals, but this time it was to diminish energy. He looked similar to the woman before, long blonde hair braided in a stylish fashion, elegant robes, and a lone blade that didn't belong to any fraction in the city. As the crystal groaned and absorbed the essences from him, his eyes dulled and his tightened skin relaxed creating a bit of a wrinkle in some spots. She could see why they desperately needed to cling to these crystals seeing how to much energy could effect them as well as having less energy. It was a never-ending cycle of need that she couldn't she herself abiding by.
The redhead dismissed the elf and kept to herself as she stared at the road ahead until Micha'el broke her concentration. They were coming up to the front gates when he inquired to know how she truly felt about Aoi. Tsuna discreetly glanced back at the happy child and simply replied, "Who said I hated her? That was an assumption you made on your own." He continued with his other accusations trying to make her motivations clear. Still, she didn't like that way he was describing her. She indulged him and looked him straight in the eyes as she spoke. "No one likes to be hated Micha'el. I can't prevent what I know is enviable. Besides, being hated is better than being liked. That way if something were to happen, no one will miss you as much. Also, you keep thinking that I'm the kind of girl to give up on her teammates." she paused for a moment and leaned over a bit. "The real question is, why didn't you guys give up on me? What's stopping you from leaving me behind just like everyone else?" she spat referring to her past with her father just dumping her off at the school. Tsuna turned and grunted. "Forget it...I don't want to hear your answer." With that, she kicked the creature in frustration sending the bird lunging forwards while squawking loudly and running as fast as it can.

 Scarlot Tamiya-Satoru ± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ± With a mask crafted just for me, I draw close to the enemy - Slaying all those who may believe - dropping them in them dark.
The moon overhead burns up - like it may fall apart, sinking over the hills into the dawn ... "Eh?" Micha'el made a strange noise as she questioned him. "Well..." he then added, not feeling ashamed but realising where he went wrong in his assumptions. He wanted to add on some more but she continued. He parted his lips, unable to speak for a moment as she rattled him with rhetorical questions and comments, he was baffled. He raised a finger but she shut him up cold before he could speak. He watched her charge forwards with her mount and let out a long sigh. His shoulders hung as he looked down at his dawnstrider's neck, feelings of his brother loomed ominously over him. "Serves you right for being nosy..." Micha'el told himself. "Micha'el?" Lottie called from behind, then coming up with her moujt beside him, Aoi next to her. "What happened?" Lottie asked. But Micha'el raised his head and gave a smile, the innocent angelic kind, the same expression he wore like a mask. "Nothing to worry about, I just irked her, that's all. We should get-" Before Micha'el could finish his sentence two bolts of arcane energy came rushing past them in a flashing of blue light and dust. The girls managed to avoid it, and so did Micha'el. However, Micha'el lost his balance and fell off his dawnstrider. His side hit the grass and he rolled a few times. Quickly, his dawnstrider reared up and stretched out it's wings, letting out a squark and eyeing up the enemy. It's bird eyes saw them like through a telescope. On a nearby hill-top not too far away were two people... young people. Lottie rushed to Micha'el side, and so did Aoi as they attempted to help him up. He took in a large breath, telling them he was alright. Though, Aoi let go and pushed forwards just as one of the boys pointed at tsuna, then the other followed by shooting an arcane bolt in Tsuna's direction too which flew immediately over her head. "Oh no" Aoi said, she then scrunched up her fists and hit her foot on the ground several times whilst proclaiming "WHY ARE THEY HERE!?" Micha'el looked up and saw them. They stood on the hill top under the sun as if they were god's chosen children. "You know them?" Lottie asked, gazing upon their strange beauty. They both kinda tall, with white hair long enough to cover their ears parted on different sides. They both wore identical white shirts beneath identical black slim jackets that had gold buttons. One of them had a collar folded neatly down and a blue Merlin Academy tie, the other had his collar up against his neck and no tie at all. Each of them also wore slim trousers and had some thin blue rope hanging in an arch from one side of their trousers. It appeared to be their daily smart uniform for whatever they enjoyed doing. "Aha!" one of them begin, opening his eyes to reveal bright blue irises, "we thought that we had better announce ourselves" and then the other one followed to speak with a devilish grin, "the Onsen brothers, ready to show this land how much better we are than you" he took a bow with, lifting a hand behind him. Aoi let out a sigh and shouted "Everybody knows it already! Do you have to do this? And how are you here there isn't another mission?!" Though Aoi's questions were swept aside with little thought as the two of them began to chuckle to themselves. They stood beside each other like a mirror sat between them, mimicking each other's body movement or ending sentences as if they were prepared. "But the rest of 'Team Sun' hasn't had the honour!" the left hand brother said, "I'm Kotaro Onsen - the first born twin" "And I'm Kaito Onsen" he blinked in the sunlight as they revealed his ices to be a slightly different shade of blue, "the second born twin." "We saw the rest of your team leave for exams and thought we would have the pleasure of taking up this mission" "but when we saw Purevelion hand you the mission we knew we had to do something" "so we sent a message to the Sun Elves ourselves, and King Sol was so interested in our appeal that he accepted us anyway, agreeing not to tell you either" "we believed that lower ranked students such as yourselves deserved a surprise performance of our superiority" As the twin continued to take turns it was now that Aoi sighed and covered her face, "Oh, no. Not this." she then turned around and said "please don't watch this-" The Onsen twins suddenly grinned and said "Lucky you" "Happy you" and together they said "we are the twin stars of Merlin Academy!". Kotaro, the better dressed of the two winked at Tsuna just as the two of them took a few steps away from each other, "Learn from us" Kotaro said, the best dressed of them. And then Kaito, the less well dressed added "and revere us!" just as the two of them crouched down and jumped up into the sky in a flurry of arcane magic. Upon getting high enough the magic stopped throwing them up and their clothes shattered away from them, replaced by glowing blue magic that snapped into different clothing on them. Piece by piece it was revealed. ((use that link as reference for the clothes)). Kotaro (has the admiral-like shoulders) lifted his arm and blue magic snapped together in his palm to summon a long rifle heavily decorated with silver and blue and black. Kaito (has the armoured shoulders) then followed and summoned up a heavily decorated long sword. The two of them landed on the ground with their weapons beside them and couldn't look more pleased with themselves. ((okay so i've wanted to bring in these guys for AGGESSSSS and finally this is a good time to do it. adds a bit of lightness, i realised the rp on Otherearth was beginning to get dark and i remembered i wanted to keep the rp in Otherearth light and not very world-dooming so these guys are a perfect addition! im sure you'll love the Onsen twins ;D ))
And again the tragedy repeats, shrouded with a veil laughs a face ominously, To protect the things precious to me, I'll draw my blade and challenge this dark cruel destiny!
Like prey trapped without a prayer - tangled in webs of despair, My eyes lift up to the light, locking on to the sky.

Tsuna MikiShe had left Micha'el in the dust and foiled his attempts at trying to understand and connect with her. She assumed her father got rid of her because he found her to be a nuisance, not because the circumstances they were in at the time made life unbearable. Tsuna lowered her head in shame felt her self-perversion fade fast. Trust be told, she always wanted to have friends but was scared she wouldn't live long enough to create a sustainable friendship. She'd hate to die and make them all miserable or a girl who wasn't that great or friendly to being with. As the redhead trotted along somberly, occasionally glancing back at the others happily enjoying each other company, she wished she hadn't rejected Micha'el so rashly. However, before she could apologized two bolts of arcane magic whizzed past her and struck the ground between the others. Enemy fire!? But where was the source coming from? Lottie and Aoi swiftly dodged the attack, but Micha'el wasn't so lucky as he tumbled off his Dawnstrider and rolled into the grass. The bird stopped abruptly and began squawking while flailing its wings out.
Tsuna followed the bird's perspective all the way to the top of a hill where two young men stood proudly. From behind her, Lottie and Aoi cautiously aided Micha'el while she decided to advance instead. Though, as she approached one of the boy's pointed at her while the other shot off another bolt of arcane magic. Tsuna jumped off the Dawnstrider and formed a defensive stance only for the bolt to zoom right over her head. Her hair rustled about wildly and her eyes widened as the bolt struck the earth inches away from her agitated team mates. Apparently, Aoi threw a fit wondering why they were there which meant she knew them somehow.
The sun behind the figures outlined their silhouettes and magnified their magnificence. They were tall and both wore identical clothing consisting of white collared shirts, black form fitted jackets embellished with gold buttons down the side, and black trousers. One had a blue Merlin Academy neck tie around their neck and appeared to be the more presentable twin compared to the other twin. One brother happily remarked that it was time for them to introduce themselves considering they showed up unexpectedly. His bright blue irises glanced over their pathetic group condescendingly as his brother intervened. He confidently proclaimed their names and ensured that they were better than any fraction from any school. Tsuna pulled a face of displeasure watching them bow in unison while Aoi rebuked them and wondered why they were invading their mission. They found her comments laughable and went on to say that the rest of Team Sun honor of meeting them as if they're celebrities. Tsuna was rolling her eyes at this point watching them stand beside each other while synchronizing their movements and finishing each others sentences.
Kotaro announced he was the first born, and the twin with the duller blue eyes, Kaito, is the second born. Essentially, they had their eyes on this mission but Purvelion entrusted the mission to them making the twins jealous. They took the insensitive to send a message to the King who graciously accepted their offer considering their inflated egos would fit in with the Sunborne nicely. The two found it appropriate to share their greatness with the team they'd be collaborating with. At that moment, Aoi turned away embarrassed begging them to not witness the spectacle they were about to put on.
Suddenly, the twins blurted out statements that made little to no sense before conjoining their sentences together. When Kotaro winked at Tsuna she honestly wanted to barf as she made a face of sheer disgust. As they spouted more fragmented nonsense, they crouched them catapulted themselves in the air surrounded by whisps of arcane magic. Once high enough, their clothing from before was swallowed up by the magic and replaced with a flashy snap of light blue magic. Both had pieces of shimmering silver armor on them now and both branded fancy weapons. Kotaro held an elongated, silver, blue, and black rifle. Kaito summoned a sword of a similar fashion as they stuck their landing effortlessly. Both were amazed by their insignificant acrobatic show while Tsuna inwardly detested them. Instead of automatically turning hostile as she always did, she silently walked up to the two and when she got close enough she held out both her hands for a double hand shake. She was hoping they would be stupid enough to accept so she could pull them in close and deck them both in the face. They deserved some kind of punishment for putting her team in danger and forcing her to sit through that ridiculous show.

The moon overhead burns up - like it may fall apart, sinking over the hills into the dawn ...
Kotaro and Kaito both looked upon their subjects with smug smiles, as if they were the princes looking down on their kingdom with crossed arms and their weapons on their backs. Aoi was stilled hanging her head in shame and wanting to shake away the embarrassment of the Onsen twins. Lottie meanwhile was raising a brow, "oh, brother" was her only comment, for the first time not finding it absolutely amazing. "You..." Micha'el began, "have to deal with this all the time?" "Yeah..." Aoi let out a sigh.
"Oh, look" Kaito said, putting a hand on his side and lifting his left arm, pushing away the navy blue cape covering one shoulder. Kotaro then did the same, but the opposite way around. "Who would have thought the least cultured of them would approach us first" he said. When Tsuna stopped before them and offered them her hands they both looked with wide eyes. They then looked at each other as if in consultation with each other through the power of their eyes alone before agreeing. The two of them took her hands. They weren't prepared for Tsuna's strength however as she pulled them both in close and simultaneously. unleashed a punch between both of their eyebrows that could shatter stone. The two of them were flung back, but luckily kept their footing as they let out yelps of agony and clenched their faces. With one hand on their faces and the other extended outwards to point at Tsuna they proclaimed "How vulgar!" "You will regret mocking us! You should have more respect for grade-A students of Merlin Academy!" Together the Onsen twins jumped backwards to make some room between Tsuna and themselves, pulling their weapons out at the same time.
"Don't start getting over confident, puppy!" Kotaro denounced, pulling a hand away from his face to reveal a graze across his forehead. Kaito pulled out his sword and pulled away his hand, revealing a grazed eyebrow and shouted "this mission will be the last of you, we'll make sure of that." "And to think, brother, that we would spare the others only to make Aoi fall the ranks" Kotaro turned to face his brother, who also returned the gaze as Kaito replied, and his tone became dark and almost lustful, "but it would seem that they too don't deserve the praise of our tutors..." together the two rested their heads together, staring into each other's blue eyes before grinning evilly and looking at Tsuna together, then they raised up their weapons and spoke together. "Shooting star!" arcane energy suddenly built up at the tip of Kotaro's rifle and Kaito's sword, merging together before bolting across the space between them followed by spiralling masses of magic behind it as it headed straight for Tsuna. Sure enough she would dodge from such a distance, but she didn't see them suddenly appear above her, casting the same ability again. But luckily, Team Sun was on her side. Or... Micha'el at least. He already had his Aria open and from it summoned a divine barrier as white as marble made of light that blocked the entire blast. As the spells vanished the Onsen twins glared down at Micha'el, who had one arm out as if having just finished the incatation, he returned the glare. The Onsen twins then chuckled before turning into a mass of blue sparkling light and shooting off towards the forest.
And again the tragedy repeats, shrouded with a veil laughs a face ominously, To protect the things precious to me, I'll draw my blade and challenge this dark cruel destiny!

Tsuna MikiThe boy boisterous positions probably made others respect them, but Team Sun were feed up with their incompetence. Lottie, for the first time since they had been together, wasn't enchanted by what she just saw. Micha'el of course felt bad for Aoi seeing how she has to deal with these lousy twins at school. No matter how they view it, none of them were thrilled to have the boys assisting them in this mission.
Kaito was the first to point of her not so subtle approach as he dashing pushed aside the cape draping over his manly shoulders. His brother was playfully aroused since the two didn't expect anything brilliant or innovated from her. As they stated, she's uncultured swine to them so witnessing her offer of mutual trust came as a shock. Staring into each other eyes flabbergasted, the two formed a silent pact to accept her friendship blindly. Although, instead of getting the attention they craved, she pulled them forward with her unbelievable strength and decked them coincidentally. Their perfectly rounded foreheads smashed into her fist leaving a visible abrasion while she was left victorious. She watched them fly back and cover their bruises in pain before self-righteously condemning her for her barrack actions. Tsuna smirked and blew off the tops of her knuckles waiting for the twins to respond hostilely. They announced they would make her pay for the sake of honoring their good name and exceeding their already stupendous reputation. Jumping back, they created some distance between her and them as they brandished their weapons for battle.
Even their remarks were non- threatening seeing how the wounds on their face's had damaged more than their beautiful complexion; more like their pride. Tsuna exasperatingly transformed her lump of a metal into a full sized hammer and continued to listen to the boy's pitiful plans. Apparently, their goal is to destroy Team Sun to demote Aoi. In their eyes, they considered their team to be the best and felt it a shame that the less fortunately like themselves couldn't enjoy their tutelage. Again, Tsuna rolled her eyes seeing the two looking into each other's eyes passionately and engaging their attack in unison. Arcane magic condensed at the tips of their weapons before releasing into the sky like fireworks and combining into a massive spiral heading straight for her. If the distance remained shortened between them, the attack would have hit her dead on but luckily it was easy to avoid. Leaping out of the way enthusiastically, Tsuna didn't notice the boys had disappeared right after they launched their attack. Like ninjas, they quickly appeared above her ready to preform the same move as she was helpless suspended in mid-jump. Yet, Micha'el came to her rescue and summoned a marble shield that blocked their attack sending electrical lightening waves around her. His sudden spell must have wounded their confident egos more as they turned into sparks of blue like and shot off into the forest.
Tsuna landed and jetted off after them without so much as a thank you to her incredible teammates. She would give them her regardless later, but for now her instinct told her to follow those boys. She knew full well that they were luring her away from her group so they could take her on without distractions. However, they'll learn not to provoke her when she's furious ever again after this. The redhead sprinted through the shrubbery keeping up with the speed of the boys until a pungent scent catch her nose. She skidded to a stop, digging up the earth underneath her feet as she did, and stared off to the South. Instantly, she ignored chasing the twins and went to go investigate the scent. It wasn't long before she stumbled upon a barren area that was devoid of all life, even the grass wouldn't grow on top of the tainted soil. The clouds above passed in front of the sun making the area grey and sinister to match the dark aura suppressing it. Rubble and debris littered the area and something else too. As she cautiously stepped forward, a twig snapped under her feet alerting her. When she looked down though, it wasn't a twig, it was bone, a Sunborne bone. The clouds drifted away from the sun and light shined down on the cursed field of ruins and corpses. "The cursed fort from the story...and this smell...it's...death..." She whispered to herself terrified.

"Oh no"Micha'el let out in a sort of low and surprised tone. Aoi and Lottie looked at Tsuna's direction, hearing the sudden weight in his voice as they saw Tsuna enrage. Lottie stepped forwards and yelled "wait!" but before she could even extend her fingers Tsuna was sprinting with inhuman speed towards the woods, south of the city. "Is she crazy!" Micha'el began, dispelling his Aria and swinging onto the back of his dawnstrider. Aoi asked "isn't that where the Vardent fortresses are?" with a worried look, getting back onto her own mount, and Lottie doing the same. He didn't even reply, he just commanded the girls to follow him as they chase their leader down. Right now though it seemed he was taking up that responsibility.
By the time they had reached the woods growth there had been plenty of cursing in the general hypothetical direction of the Olsen Twins by Micha'el, and plenty more apologising form Aoi for the way they had acted towards them. At first the woods seemed like Dawnrise Vale, but as quickly as they thought that it became a thick forest of Vardent cursed earth. It all smelt like rotting nature, occasionally rotting flesh. Tree's were wet to the point of breaking apart at the back, leaving bare husks that barely had the strength to hold up. Other trees glowed with an ominous green energy in their cracks, sometimes the earth beneath their feet also glowed a similar purple, as if feeding the trees. "It's not nice in here, Micha'el" Lottie said, gazing around. "I know" Micha'el replied, "we should head that way-" Micha'el tried to lean the beast to the right, but it gave a low squark and refused, turning left and moving forwards as well as the others. "Micha'el why aren't they listening?" Lottie asked, looking down at her mount in confusion. Micha'el returned the same confused expression, but this time it was Aoi's soft voice answering their questions. "The Dawnstriders are like their masters, aren't they? And we didn't know where to go but they do. They're taking us to the Sun Elf encampment, anywhere else is too unsafe, even they know that." The two of them gawked at her in surprise, she sure was knowledgable, no wonder she was in one of the top classes at Merlin... if only she could fight like that, Micha'el thought.
When they arrived at the encampment it wasn't greeted with thanks. The encampment was set up on a small cliff overlooking some of the thick forest, but still beneath the canopy of the forest above. A lot of the ground had been cleared enough so that tents of royal red and golden could be put up, with dummies, banners, a stable for the dawn striders and other essentials placed around. Sun Elves were armed at every corner, tent and exit in they regal armour. One of them with brushed back spiky black hair saw them and immediately came over. He even had a goatee. "Team Sun" he announced, "You're... one down" "Tuna" Micha'el said, jumping off his dawnstrider, "She's in the forest, alone, we have to find her" he whipped out his Aria just as fast as he stepped onto the ground. "One of your team is alone?" the elf began to mutter something under his breath before raising a hand, "I want every available Sunborne in the thicket searching for a young person!" "Thank you" Micha'el said, gesturing to the girls to follow him as they ran back out into the woods. He had confidence they would be okay if they stayed close and with the Sunborne nearby. "Micha'el... where do you think she went?" "I... I don't know. But we'll find her" and just like that he waved his hand and a white light conjured from the Aria. He flapped it shut with one hand and and it expelled upwards in white rings of runes. Protection wards, the kind that glimmered at the corner of your eye to pre-warn them of threats just outside of their sight. Aoi pulled out her wand and Lottie the same with her glaive. They had to find Tsuna.
And again the tragedy repeats, shrouded with a veil laughs a face ominously, To protect the things precious to me, I'll draw my blade and challenge this dark cruel destiny!

Tsuna MikiIt felt like a supernatural entity was pushing her forwards into the barren fortress. She occasionally looked down to maneuver over the bones of the deceased Sunborne trying to preserve their resting grounds. As she walked further the earth's texture had changed, like it was devoid of any nutrition and was tinted a sickly purple. It was as if an infected tree root or a dormant parasite had been sucking the life out of the earth's crust for years now. Cracks spread out underneath her feet with each cautious step and at one point she thought she'd fall through. Her instinct feeling wasn't wrong because the next step she took the earth beneath her crumbled. The redhead plummeted down while desperately scratching at the falling chunks of dirt around her. It was similar to missing the last step on a flight of stairs expect that illusion of tear became her reality. Tsuna closed her eyes and hit the ground below with a hard thud winding her temporary. She rolled over on her side coughing as her fluttering eyes stared at the jagged opening above her. Judging by the distance, she fell a couple of feet through a median sized sinkhole. She should have considered herself lucky for not ending up for any broken bones or a cracked skull. After a few minutes of slowly regaining her composure, she stood up sluggishly and wondered how she was going to get out. Obviously, the jump up without some kind of assistance was impossible and there were no other cave entrances that she could see. There was no life around for miles either. If she did yell, she might accidentally alert the Vardents dwelling in the forest.
She was defeated at every angle, but she wasn't the type of girl to give up so easily. Perhaps, she could gather a pile of rocks and start to stack them along with piles of sand to make a ladder of sorts. Either way, standing there gawking at the opening wasn't getting her anywhere. As she pivoted to find rocks and other organic tools, her sensitive ears picked up a low, grunting noise. Her furry appendages twitched as the clear sound of large footsteps vibrated against the ground. Tsuna knew a massive presence towered behind her and she wasn't eager to find out what it was. Or in this instance, who it was. Turning meticulously around and what she was was more than a monstrosity, it was something that only a nightmare could create. As it crawled into the light, Tsuna's eyes widened and her body was paralyzed as she stared into the creature's enormous crimson irises. The actually whites of the eyes were two white and black like the monster was comprised of two separate creatures.
It's humanoid shaped mouth grinned at her and the pale skin on its reptilian facial features was stretched back. Hair grew on its scale and and lined the spine of the Vardent's body receding at the lower back. Spikes protruded out along the back as if the Vadent was ordinarily a horned lizard before it was fused with another life form. Four robust, clawed arms stuck out with four legs to support the weight of the gigantic beast. A thick tail swung back and forth behind the Vardent like it had just received a treat from its invisible titan master. The thing that was most prominent about this ghastly creature was the lump of elf skulls and remains with flaps of the Vardent's skin crushing the decomposing parts together. By the way the beast moved, it almost appeared like the parts of the elf remains were being animated. She had a theory as to what this Vardent was, a chimera. Similar to her, she was the very definition of beast and man coexisting as one being.
The Vardent snorted and opened its salivating jaw and she assumed it was going to swallow her own when suddenly it began to speak. "You...made...me?" Tsuna could bare stand on her feet as she attempted to comply to the tormented Vardent. It's speech was fragmented, but not completely impaired. It was like a parrot mimicking human speech. "How could have I made you if we just meet for the first time?" The Vardent gritted its jaw in confusion. It was intelligent enough to speak, but at the same time, it could barely precipitate anything beyond that. Finally, it found the words it was searching for. "What...I'm...I?" Tsuna was baffled, she didn't even know the answer to that, but figured she would explain something it maybe understood. "You're a Vardent....human and beast I think. There are humanoid Vardents and animalistic ones...so it's possible." she wasn't sure how she was somewhat calmly conversing with this monster, but she wanted to keep it appealed. She had no idea what it was capable of and could be triggered by the slightest reaction.
Again, it twisted its face in confusion and ducked down to her level, its shout just inches awake from her frozen frame. Hot air suffocated her as she listened to it talk once more. "You....look...like....me....but....like them...too....I must," it paused and lifted itself backing up a bit. She wasn't positive of its intentions, but her instinct told her to defend herself. "I...must...devour....I....MUST," Its voice deepened and grumbled as it gradually grew aggravated by her presence. "MUST...KILL!!!" It screeched and stomped causing her to grab for her hammer a few seconds to late. Its tail collided into the poll of her half transformed weapon propelling her backwards. Her body flung through the air and pulverized the wall in back of her sending her right through it. She hit the ground and rolled into the hallowed out cave that had been hidden behind the earth wall.
She didn't have time to recover as the Vardent came lunging for her. However, with the wall to the hallowed out cave collapsed, the top structure couldn't hold itself and came crashing down. A decent sized amount of solid earth, rock, and dirt fell onto the Vardent at the bottom pinning it momentarily. Tsuna pulled herself up as fast as he could seeing the struggling monster viciously trying to loosen itself to get to her. Tsuna frantically looked around for a way out when she noticed that this section of the cave was far different from the pit she fell through. It was an abandoned mine, a mine that was supplied with an abundance of crystals. Not just any plain quartz though, these were identical to the crystals that the Sunborne use to replenish themselves. The cave glowed a neon, purplish black, and when she glanced up the source of the light was coming from crystals floating above. If she had to make an educated guess, the crystals above her must be the tainted ones the Humanoid Vardent's have been using for power. She had seen the Sunborne absorb the power from their crystals to keep themselves sustained. If she harnessed this cursed power, what would happen to her. Their was only one way to find out, experimentation was her strong suit but building strength was.
She quickly retreated underneath the display of levitating crystals and lifted her hands up. She closed her eyes and concentrated despite the thrashing noises from the Vardent. At first, the power wasn't evident but as little time passed, she felt her body being swayed. The power shrouded her like a shadowy blanket and it didn't improve her youth, but instead enhanced her power by tripling their impact. As the Vardent freed itself, her eyes shot open a swelling fire inside her erupted like a literal volcano. Blackened fire, shot upwards easily breaking the surface above. It could be seen like a beacon from all around signalling Vadents, humans, and elves alike. The Chimera Vardent was immediately swallowed by the cataclysmic flames roaring at the top of its lungs for salvation. Tsuna was trapped in the middle of the flames ensnared in a trance as the darkness emitting from crystal began to consume her soul. She'd probably end up like the Chimera Vardent it no one comes to rescue her. Would anyone come though, even her own teammates who she shoved away.
