Voice: Femine but surprisingly mature sounding for her childish appearance, tends to go from monotone to very rapid and tonal when excited.
Clothing and Style: Tends towards more sombre and subdued colours, browns, black, white are the core and jewel tones like emerald, ruby, saphire and saffron for embellishments. Feminine overall with a preference to dresses and skirts more than pants, but never heavy with rings or other jewelry. Signature is painted fingernails - has even gotten detention once for doing them in class!

Personality
Overall Personality: Victoria is a large mix of things, temperamental comes to mind for sure..and finicky, she likes things a certain way and while she won't have a tantrum over it she'll act coldly to those who don't 'fit' the criteria. Other than that she tends to get along well with most by being a calm individual, though she'll never go out of her way to act excited or pretend to be interested when she's not. The most 'excited' you'll ever see her is if she's in the middle of 'correcting something or before and after a dance performance..
Likes: Dancing, tea, chiffon, silk, fashion, classical music, cheese, action movies, modern art, cricket, birds, roses, late nights and manga, she pretends to not like manga so much though.
Dislikes: 'football', Sundays, sweet food, coffee, clams, crafts, reading, moonless nights, sewing and suede.
Strengths: Physically fit with high endurance, a true confidante, high attention to detail
Weaknesses: not always good at retaining information, bored easily, highly compassionate, perfectionist, not fluent in Japanese yet.
Fears: Gaining weight, dropping out of school, low grades, not achieving her goals, wearing anything less than a designer level of quality.
Strange Gestures and Obsessions: When Victoria gets frustrated she'll generally clap her hands once, flick her hair back rather dramatically and then block out all other distraction to 'correct' something to her own ideals. Her skin will also erupt in goosebumps if it ever touches suede material.

Social Life
Family History: Victoria's father, Charlie Liselle, got his lucky break as a younger man in his twenties, discovering and promoting new found talents in the emerging new music era of the 70's. His company grew with each band's fame until he was out of London into the rest of Europe then into America, Australia and now he's targeting the Asian market as well. Although not at his full potential he hopes to corner a majority of the market here as well and brought his wife and child with him for the long stay.

Helena Marrs's claim to fame is as the record producer's young wife with an age gap of over ten years between them. She toured with the Australian Ballet in London when they met and he swept her off her feet, paid her tuition off and promised she'd never have to dance again if she didn't want - and so far she hasn't! Victoria is their only child who both mother and father are determined will have a grande upbringing of classical and cultured tastes with a keen business sense, which is exactly why they enrolled her in Ouran. Although it hasn't all turned out as they'd planned.
Personal History: Victoria started ballet class at 3 years old, toddling about doing tiny turns and puny plies. Her mother cultivated in her a great love of the classical dance and she's pursued it with an infatuation. She's grown up an only child used to having things her own way and has traveled across the globe - without being much interested in it albeit. Her father, ever the Englishman, had her practicing manners and elocution along with other minor aristocracies - although it bred a one sided aggression towards him since it all seemed so silly to Victoria, why were they trying so hard to be so...upper class and above? Surely business smarts and wealth meant more than just family history? The world is a cruel place though and Victoria soon learned that that wasn't the case. For the last 6 months she's been taking crash courses in Japanese for the new home she'll be living in, she's sad to be leaving London for Tokyo but is more anxious about the change in dialogue than residence.
Hobbies: Ballet, Gymnastics, swimming, shopping
Special Skills: Dance in several forms and varieties with specialisation in classical ballet. Has some amateur piano skills from enforced lessons.
Primary School, Middle School, and Extra-School Activities: Primary and middle school were both at a Boarding school in Hertfordshire Academy for girls with private tuition for - you guessed it, dance as an extra curriculum skill. At Ouran she's only just started this year and has joined the competitive classical ballet team, English club and Japanese learning club for exchange students. She hopes mingling with others will also improve on her language skills.
