Overall Personality: Melina tends to be in her own world most of the time. She tends to be quiet and enjoys listening to others talk more then talking herself. She is kind and sweet to those who are close but is generally polite to most everyone.

When embarrassed or flustered Melina plays with her braids nervously. Since she is a painter she has a bad habit of "accidentally" getting paint all over her arms. She tends to use them to test tones if there is no spare
Social Life
Family History: The Miyamoto Family was always known for their envolvement with art. Melina's father, Naoki Miyamoto, is a famous architect was born and raised in japan. Due to his job he is normally moving around like a whirlwind, home for a few days and then off to another country the next. Melina's mother was known as, Isabella Mae, a journalist from Great Britain. It was many year back when she traveled to Morocco to cover a new museum Naoki was credited for building. From then on I suppose one could say it was love at first sight. It was a few year later that Melina was conceived and her parents got married. When Melina was three her parents had went out for a nice dinner, however on their way back there was a terrible car accident, her mother died upon impact.
Personal History:
For the most part Melina was always tutored privately at home. She enjoyed it at first, it gave her the freedom to paint and draw as much as she wished without the stress of peers. However when she reached the age of fourteen Melina began to wonder about what other type of art was created outside of the Miyamoto Estate. After countless talks with her father he finally agreed to enroll her in Ouran Academy when she was sixteen. Ouran was... stressful but she learned to deal with most of it. Now that she was here she was exposed to all sorts of arts. Wanting to see and discover more she joined the Art Club. Now on Tuesdays and Thursdays Melina stays after school and works in one of the empty art rooms.
Hobbies: Painting, Drawing, Cooking, Collecting dried flowers.
