TABTAB Suki just woke up from a dream. Something in between a vision and a nightmare. In it, she saw blurred shadows taking living form, but something, somehow or in someway, told her she knew who these individuals were. The ones she had the closest connection two were fighting. One was a woman that Soragakure held dear, fighting an disgustingly powerful... angel? Valkyrie? The second was fighting in a two on one, against a foe that felt ancient in nature, almost god like. The foe felt like he was one with nature and yet corrupted it by his very presence as well. Dreams like this came to Suki more often than she liked as they were always scenes of current or near-past events but were never detailed enough to get anything out of them other that 'something is happening or recently already happened', and there were other stipulations that applied such as who was involved.
TABTAB Suki sighed as she sat up on the bench she was laying on and rubbed her temples. How long had she been out? An hour? Three? She did not feel too rested, so she could not have dozed off for too long, but she did know is was almost time to pack it in for the day; half of the sun was sinking into the horizon. She got up, checked to make sure her katanas were secure on their sheath mount, then nodded. The sheath mount itself was her design, in order to access whatever weapons she needed at any time. It was simple and complex at the same time: the main body mirrored that or a backpack design without... you know... the actual pack. Instead, miniature cogs and pullies were in place to give the sheathes of her weapons reasonably free movement, and could be locked in place should her situation call for it. It could not do insane things like let both sheathes be accessible from one side, yet, but was really reliable.
TABTAB Checking to make sure everything was in order as she stepped, she stopped. A chill ran down her neck, not one of fear but of danger. Someone was watching her. She spun around and her eyes shot wide open. It was... her? No, something was different. It was like looking into a mirror but the reflection gave off a more sinister vibe. That, and she never had one of her weapons drawn with intent to take of an opponent's head without reasonable cause. Suki managed to roll just quick enough for the fake's katana to just barely miss her head. In the roll, Suki, skid, spun to face her new opponent, and drew a katana, the one with a red hilt and a red feather attached to the guard.
TABTAB Now that she could properly see herself, Suki thought that she had nothing to worry about in terms of looks. She always was involved with beautiful people, so she had a small fear that she would never match them. She was wrong. Give herself a few years and she would be knocking heading together as well as making them turn.

TABTAB Without waiting for any reply, the faker rose a hand to her face and blew. From her hand, a wave of fire shot forward at Suki. She knew this technique, a jutsu that shinobi that could use the Shakuton element use. Hotter than normal fires that focused on dehydrating the environment. Was the faker a shapeshifter? Clones normally could not amass enough chakra to pull off something like this; it was the actual jutsu. Cutting through it with her katana was a no go; even if it did not melt the katana would be too hot to handle even by her. So Suki back flipped onto the bench she previous slept on and used it to jump into the air and over the heat wave. As she did so, flames from the residual fires from the faker's technique seemed to funnel to Suki's body. This was not apart of the technique, this was all Suki's doing. As she elevated, she swung her katana horizontally in the direction of the faker, sending a wave of air at it. Once the swing reached the end, she flipped the katana, catching the hilt in a reverse-handle style as the flames funneling towards her reached the katana blade itself. She rolled her body, now swinging again with the katana. The result was a wave of fire following the wave of wind. The faker used her katana to block the wave of wind, but had to avoid the wave of fire. Not what Suki was going for, but she was getting more and more information about the faker as time went on. The faker was no clone, or at least no normal clone. The faker could use Shakuton element ninjutsu, and possibly other techniques and jutsu Suki could use. The weapon the faker used was not a copy of her Muramasa Kojin, though did look similar; the markings were there on the blade and hilt but did not react in the presence of flames. This would come down to pure skill. Her jutsu and technique pools were limited, so she had to figure her opponent's was as well. To go to finish this quickly or to draw it out? Shishigami were known for their tenacity and amazing stamina, but she had to figure the faker was just as tenacious. This was all, of course, assuming that the faker just mimicked Suki and had no other move pool to pull from and no base abilities to use. She needed to know more, and if the fighting styles were similar too, she had an idea.
