*~::Bluemoon Tower::~*
[The Third Holy Grail War]
A massive, almost feudal tower which mysteriously appeared on the outskirts of Hokkaido not long ago, during the Endgame Crisis. It remained ever after, standing as a remnant of a calamity that never fully was...but somehow lingers in ominous disregard for that fact. It is an out-of-the-way location on the very outskirts of the War's designated grounds, but an epic backdrop for battles within the War.

It has been discovered that one of the Major Mana Lay-Lines of Sapporo is located beneath this Tower! If a Master and Servant were to set up a base here, it may yield significant benefits...

"Ha ha ha! Amazing! To think that the world I spent my entire life conquering was so small." Rider slammed his fist against he knee as he flipped through the book of maps, staring in awe at the knowledge humanity had accumulated over the last two millennia. He was a hero of unconquerable reputation, who achievements outshone the works of the son of Zeus himself! And yet, here was laid bare the size of his treasured Macedonia, and the enormity of the circular Earth that it had been but a small part of. "Boy, this era you live in is truly fascinating. The labors of my life are unmatchable in this world, and yet my accomplishments are so small compared to the enormity of this world! That's it, I must start my conquest from scratch!" The King of Macedon slammed his fist into the palm of his hand and let out a laugh. Beside him the Freedom Griffin let out a mighty caw of approval, a fire roaring atop the tower for them to share.

"Riiiider...you haven't forgotten about the War, have you?" The Master sighed, finally speaking up against his Servant's eccentric whims.

"Yes yes, I'll claim the Grail, so calm down boy. But...if your intention is World Domination, then I'm afraid that you and I will become enemies. There can be only one King, and the only one fit for that is the master of Conquerors! Ha ha ha!" Beside him the Freedom Griffin let out another affirmative caw, eyeing the Master warily. "If you can not even dress properly, then how can one call you a King? I will boldly proclaim my intentions to the world; that is why I have acquired for myself this fine shirt!" Alexander slammed a fist against his chest, adorned with a white t-shirt with a map of the world emblazoned on it. Across the front it read 'The Admiral Great Tactics', a somewhat challenging video game of strategy popular in this city. The shirt barely stretched over his enormous muscles, but it was clear he wasn't even an ounce shy about it. No, this was a man to whom only shame in battle had any meaning!

"No, I don't want anything like that. My wish is just..." A silence fell as he averted his gaze from the brash individual summoned from the past. "Enough! Your gloominess is smothering. Whenever you do something you should hold your head high and puff out your chest! That way you're not sneak, but a conquering Hero! Now then, why don't you sit and we'll share a drink! I procured this fine wine from in town, and I was thinking of having my fill! Perhaps some other Servants will arrive as well to share in this great bounty! Or not, but that only means more drink for ourselves! Hwa ha ha!"

Gilgamesh, King of Heroes
"This world is my garden, and every treasure in it belongs to me."

"King of Conquerors, what is the meaning of calling me out to a place like this? A disgusting ruin such as this is not even worthy of my glorious presence, and yet you expect me to meet with you here?" a voice suddenly sounded from the rim of the top of the tower, a brilliant golden light shimmering against the back of a warrior's golden armor, the sight of the King of Heroes glaring down at the man called Iskandar the only thing visible amidst the blinding light. His arms were crossed as he glared down at the man drinking and his dubiously-dressed companion bird, appearing none-too-pleased that he had received an invitation to come out to here of all places to meet with this man. If he had spelled out the purpose of this meeting it would have been much easier to decline, and yet the curiosity...the amusement of any Servant having the stomach to challenge him, of all Servants, to meet with him in a place like this was enough to garner his attention for just a little bit longer. "Is it your desire to be buried beneath this shoddy castle? You must have a death wish if you've decided to call me here. But tell me, King of Conquerors...what is it that you seek that you would rush so swiftly to your own demise?"

Annoying as this man had appeared the night before from his perch atop the JR Tower, there was something about him that did intrigue the King of Heroes...that confidence, arrogance...though there were none upon the Earth who could proclaim themselves a rightful king so long as Gilgamesh walked upon it, this man held that countenance about him all the same. It was both intriguing, and an insult. And unless the purpose of this gathering was something other than a battle, he'd be answering for that insult in-full tonight.

"Well...Mongrel? Speak up, unless you wish for me to kill you where you are right now."

The Freedom Griffin cawed as if to ask, 'Omfg what is HE doing here? O_O;'.

"Hm? Ah, I saw him in town, so I decided I might as well invite him here. You're late Goldy! Though I suppose it makes sense since you had to walk here, unlike me. Ah ha ha!" Iskandar let out another roaring laugh as the Freedom Griffin scooted the eff out of the way and the Master of Iskandar moved to the side of the tower, leaning against the far wall warily. "Here, start with a drink." Iskandar raised his fist and brought it down upon the enormous wooden cask next to him, smashing it in to reveal the barrel's contents; an enormous amount of liquor, though it seemed small sitting next to the larger than life figure of a King. He drew forth the first drink and tasted it, before offering a drink to the King of Heroes as well. "It's the finest I could acquire in this city's markets." Iskandar laughed once more, holding the cup out for the golden warrior to take if he pleased, though it would be rudeness unbefitting a king for him not to.

Gilgamesh, King of Heroes
"This world is my garden, and every treasure in it belongs to me."

"You call a Banquet of Kings in a ruined location such as this, and this is what you come up with? What's more, you expect me, a King, to partake in such swill as though I were a commoner? Ridiculous," the Golden Archer seemed mildly put off by the fact that Alexander would offer him some low-class cask of ale that he had picked up at the market...and surprisingly made no comment about the fact that he had been invited to whatever this gathering was supposed to be. For someone as stately and arrogant as the King of Heroes seemed to be, it was perhaps a bit of a shock that he was so willing to appear at all, for any reason other than to destroy the fool who had called him out. And yet...behind his shoulder opened a portal of brilliant golden light, as if the light reflecting from a heap of golden treasure was shimmering and rimming his outline in the purest of silhouettes...and from a ripple amidst the Gate that loomed behind him emerged a pair of golden chalices and a golden pitcher. One hand took the cups and one the vase; he moved with a royal grace towards the center of the Tower's precipice and soon found himself standing catercorner from the King of Conquerors.

"This is a drink that is worthy of a King," he spoke with an absolute authority, setting down the pitcher between the two of them before tossing the cup in the direction of his newfound drinking companion with confidence that this man would not dare to drop upon the ground a treasure of the greatest of all Epic Heroes, "Do not let a single drop fall upon the ground. To waste such a treasure pulled from my own stores is akin to an act of rebellion. I will not tolerate such insolence."

...

His cup, already filled to the brim, came to his lips and he enjoyed the rich wine in one long, luxurious drink. Wait, was this really happening?! The King of Heroes and the King of Conquerors...a Banquet of Kings in which the most Royal of Servants gathered to share their stories and a few cups of drink? The only question remaining was...who else had the nerve to believe themselves equal company to these two heroes? Who else was jonesing that bad for a drink?

???

"Indeed, only the finest of drinks are worthy of a King." said another man as he calmly approached the area. "After all, there's a good chance you'll die from a poisoned cup, so why not make sure it's something you'll enjoy drinking?" Servants could indeed have certain... perspectives... on various matters. This particular servant seemed more amused than anything else, though, even if he did retain his mask and cloak in order to conceal his features. Oh, Masters, so paranoid over the little things... "But if this to be a gathering of rulers, mmm... you may simply think of me as the King of Hunters."

Gilgamesh, King of Heroes
"This world is my garden, and every treasure in it belongs to me."

"What utter nonsense," was the short, sharp reply to the self-proclaimed King of Hunters as the golden-armored King of Heroes paused taking a drink from his chalice to close his eyes and hold back the mixture of amusement and annoyance that the Banquet of Kings had been intruded upon by another so-called ruler, "A King does not wear a mask, because a King has nothing that requires hiding. It is disgraceful that one such as you should be allowed to call yourself a King. How low the term must have fallen in your time to allow it." It could have been considered a rather hostile greeting coming from any other Servant, but from the King of Heroes, this sort of dismissive thing was almost natural. It was truly rare that he found anyone that could be considered worthy of his attention or his amusement, and in the end, he found it quite preposterous that anyone other than himself should be allowed to receive the title of 'King' in his royal presence. So react however he might to the casual provocation, Gilgamesh merely raised his cup to his lips again and enjoyed the bounty of this world that belonged to him. When it came to fellow Heroic Spirits, at any rate, he couldn't say that there was much better company than to be seated amongst royalty...whether they were worthy of the privilege or not.

"Would you also call yourself a King while lacking the pride to speak your own name?" the Golden Archer scoffed as a Gate appeared over the masked man's shoulder, a goblet emerging from within to take for his own drinking leisure, "Such a cowardly King can hardly be worthy of such an honor as my glorious attention, but I'll indulge your presence here for a little while longer out of a passing curiosity. Consider yourself fortunate to be graced as such."

Rider
As the party seemed to grow further still, a brilliant, pristine figure rode closer on a horse, glancing at the gathering of Servants...The gathering of Kings.
"Greetings!" the brilliant figure called, bowing on his brilliant white horse towards the Golden Archer, the Fellow Rider from the previous day..and the dark, enshrouded figure. "It is by the grace of the lord that I am blessed to have witnessed a moment such as this."
He was a tad out of it, but he quickly shook his head, bowing again.
"My deepest apologies...I have yet to state my own name in introductions.." Rider called, before starting off of his horse. "I am Charlemagne..and it is my honor to be with a gathering lavish as this."

As Rider introduced himself, and looked upon the group of servants, Haoul came up from beside the group, looking at everyone in question. Though the Golden, Arrogant figure in the middle had a downright commanding Aura...And the large, boisterous figure sat....Haoul's eyes fell on the Shrouded, masked figure.
Him... Haoul thought, clenching his fist, as he started to look around. Though the previous day had been a bit of a waste as it was action wise...He recognized the face of the one that was pretending to be the scumbag, Bour Ying. He had followed the girl along on a whim, but when he shifted and made a move to leave...He felt personally insulted.
Figures Rider would find him again.. Maybe there is something to that God of his. he thought, closing his eyes. He looked at the command seals on his hand, and then moved out, making it obvious he wasn't there to try to challenge the previously stated kings.. Save for the Shrouded one.
"Hello.." he spoke politely, his gaze leering towards the masked figure. It was obvious he was fixated on a target...and it was very likely they'd each notice in turn. The question is, would he manage to survive engaging in such a dangerous area?

"Oh blessed day!" A chipper voice rang out, the owner of it soon coming into view. A man clad in shining armor, a glorious cape flowing behind him, entered the growing gathering. Though his attention was locked on the man riding the white steed. "My liege! It must be the will of God that we are reunited once again. I would recognize you anywhere.. Oh uh.. Have I interrupted something?" Now that the knight took a better look, he really did step into some sort of gathering. One being the famous Gilgamesh, that was one being every Servant knew immediately upon sight. The golden armor was unmistakeable.. The other was a large bear of a man but had the same aura that commanded respect. Though the cloaked being was mysterious indeed. There was only one way to make up for his rude behavior! "Please accept my most humble apologies." All complete with a half bow.

Zero hid nearby, seeing all these Servants in one area was a bit.. what do they call it? Unnerving? The Master saw someone who was clearly not a Servant. Was he powerful or just confident his Servant would protect him? Zero was positive that Saber would ensure his safety, it seemed to be his number one priority ever since being summoned. But to be on the safe side, the man stayed hidden in the shadows, watching to see what would happen.

Gilgamesh, King of Heroes
"This world is my garden, and every treasure in it belongs to me."

The air around the Tower darkened slightly, but the King of Heroes remained unmoving from his location, his latest sip of the delicious wine leaving his lips curling slightly into a sour tilt. Listening to these mongrels drivel on about kingship and gods made the wine taste much less inviting than he would have liked. His eyes shifted towards the self-proclaimed King of Conquerors as if to gauge the reaction of the one Servant here who hadn't exactly pissed him off just yet, even if he found the brute to be nothing more than a disrespectful boor in need of a lesson to remember his place. No response...could he ignore this nonsense as though this lot weren't casting some rather unfitting claims upon the title of King? It was enough to make him consider opening his Gate and simply cleansing this world of the lot of them, but he had already made his decision not to do battle in his place for the time being. Such trite annoyances would not be enough to persuade a true King such as himself to change his mind so easily. And yet...

"Do you dare to try my patience even further, mongrels? I grow weary of these interruptions to our banquet," he scoffed at yet another introduced King amongst them, making no move to either further acknowledge his presence with any glances or introductions...he merely remained sitting and took another small sip of his drink, eyes closed because he wouldn't even need to see to kill every last pretender to the throne in this Tower, "So you are the so-called King of the Francs, are you? Your crown may as well have been gifted to you by a dust-covered swindler. There is but one King upon this Earth which is my own, personal garden. Do not forget that fact, mongrel."

To the Rider's side a gate began to open, a golden chalice emerging from the shimmering light within. Despite the open disdain with which the King of Heroes was treating his guests, it wasn't stopping him from affording them each an opportunity to partake in his superior wine. Even in this simple action, his magnificence and superiority should be obvious to each of them.

The King of Hunters

The masked figure simply laughed, seeming more happy than anything else. "Right you are." he said to the King of Heroes. "Though if nothing else, I believe a King must be true to his word... and while they may not deserve it, even the least of our subjects may occasionally receive our generosity, if only when we permit them to live." he glanced slightly towards Charlemange's master, mouth twitching beneath his mask. "You know, those who let their feelings rule them tend to die young." he observed. "I haven't even done anything to you, and this isn't really the place for violence." More to the point, interrupting a gathering of Kings and bringing violence to their table was something that most rulers would probably take as a mortal insult... and react accordingly.

Iskandar nodded as he took a drink of Gilgamesh's procured wine, instantly acknowledging it's superior taste. "Ah, this truly is excellent wine. You must have been quite the procurer of rare items, but I doubt this wine is the greatest thing of value you have." Iskandar took another drink, glancing at the golden portal from which Gilgamesh had drawn the substance. "I believe...that if the Grail has chosen us to decide who's worthy of possessing it, then worth is something we ourselves may recognize through discourse. By coming to understand who's accomplishments are greatest, we can begin to discern who has the greatest chance of possessing the grail. An easy challenge for one such as myself, known as the King of all Conquerors! Ha ha ha!" He glanced at the golden armored man again, the most likely challenger to the throne. Not everyone could recognize a legend as old as his, but between his vast hordes and his insistence upon being the first and truest of all Kings, someone as old as Iskandar thought he could discern who the golden warrior was from his effects alone. Of course he seemed to be making no moves to hide his identity either, as was truly befitting of a King. He was right to question the man who dared to appear with a mask obscuring his visage, and Iskandar too was unwilling to allow such deceit to take place at a banquet of his own hosting.

"Come now, if you're going to call yourself a King then you should proudly reveal yourself, not hide behind your mask like some assassin. A King must lead by example, not skulk about like some sort of petty street urchin. One who can not do that has no right to share a drink with true Kings." Iskandar scolded the slightly haughty new arrival, even as he ignored Gilgamesh's own warning that such a thing was unacceptable. One who could now even bare his accomplishments proudly and stand before the others with his chest puffed out was not worthy of their banquet. He commended him for showing up, but...bravery and kingship were not the same thing, and already he had used what little favor the former had earned him. Were he to remain, then either the Conqueror or the first Hero would be sure to remove him by force, both from the banquet and the tournament.

"As for the rest of you, if you would call yourself comrades then come and be seated! Any King may share this drink with us, and join in our discourse!" Iskandar grabbed a cup and reached over to his barrel of alcohol, dipping a cup and holding it up for the first to approach to drink. It was an honorable gesture, one that any would recognize as a sign of peace and an offering of parley to all. "Let this drink be as your blood! Take it, and join us in our banquet of heroes!" Iskandar waited for them to come forward and drink, the only action that was now permitted to them inside this tower where heroes had come to gather. All could not be equal, but for one night they would all acknowledge each other as warriors worthy of vying for the Grail, and come to understand what truly motivated them to be enemies. And if they could find a common bond...then perhaps some might give up their battle for the Grail, and embark on a greater quest. Like joining Iskandar in his quest to Conquer all the lands! Buah ha ha!

Rider
Charlemagne's eyes widened a bit as the King of Heroes addressed him, smiling and bowing politely.
"I am honored that you know of me." he spoke kindly, as he heard a familiar voice. He turned, and his smile widened.
"Roland! My dearest companion! My most trusted knight...What a blessed day indeed it is that we would be united once more again. How long the years have been..."
His oldest friend...the dearest of knights..So long ago, he had lost his companion...and even longer still since they had met.....and yet he still seemed as bright as the day he had met him. He then turned back again, and bowed deeply towards the king of heroes, kneeling down in respect.
"I will graciously accept this gift...King of Heroes." Charlemagne's voice called, taking the brilliant, beautiful chalice filled with simply divine wine. He took a careful, gentle sip, lowering it from his lips with a practiced motion.
"Truly, this wine is the finest of which I have ever had the gift of drinking.....A sublime taste, fit for one with a title as lavish as yours...King of Heroes."

Haoul raised an eyebrow at this, finding it rather..odd that even beings like the servants could sit back and talk like this, partaking in wine like he used to with some of his troops... Well, Less wine, and more hard booze, but the point still stood. The air with which the Golden warrior carried was...actually really impressive to him. The fact that he spoke so cruelly to each of the servants there...which he imagined would extend several-fold towards the masters...And yet, no one tried to call him on it. Was it because he was truly as amazing as they said? Or, was it out of some deep rooted fear that he would simple raise his hands and end them all in a flash..
Probably a little of column a...little of column b. he called, as his Servant, the king that he was, praised the wine of the highest caliber. Haoul looked over his shoulder, as if expecting Naniyori to pop up and attempt to repossess some...before turning back, the one that refused to show his face, or share his true name making a sharp, snippy comment at him. Haoul wanted to open his mouth to protest, but found himself just shaking his head. Though this would be an opportune time to attack a Servant, with his master nowhere to be seen....Something about it seemed like a bad idea. Whether it was because he wasn't confident in his abilities to fight one...Or, some acquired fear of the King of Heroes before him. It was..truly conflicting.
As he did though, Isakander also offered up a drink to those that would take it, a small smile appearing on Haoul's lips.
"If you will have me, I would be honored to join such a...Regal, gathering."
Though he was just a master...Little more than a kid holding a remote control in regards to this war, perhaps he could curry the slightest of favors with at least one of the other Servants.
Well, I hardly count as a Hero though.. he noted, moving beside Charlemagne, on the side opposite of what he assumed was his friend. The way he talked and cheered so much at being merely united with him...It was really humanizing. Haoul at first thought of the Servant as merely a figure of power....A sort of Shell...but, as they were showing in front of him, they were just as human underneath it all...They too, had their own lives and hardships, before being brought forth in this war.
Makes me wonder if I'll end up like them someday.. he called, closing his eyes for a moment. At the command of some punk, fighting for some unknown cause.
Well, there would be worse fates...

"You boys with your big crowns and long swords, always boasting about this and that..." A chuckle lightly sounded as a figure approached the top of the J.R. Tower, heels clicking as the woman made her way up to the edge of the tower, sitting down and crossing her legs. There was elegance and poise about the woman, even if her eyes danced with mirth and her smirk hid more than one could even guess. "So, how about a Queen to cheer this feast a little?"Fingers pressed over her lips in an attempt to quiet down the low chuckles. "Sorry to test your patience once again, King of Heroes, but who could resist such a banquet, with such colorful company? I might be a woman, but I still enjoy a cup of wine with good company every now and then." If she was actually being honest with her apology, one would have to wonder though.
