Damn strait it is! Well, conditional love isnt really, but unconditional most definately is. Emotions are those things that cause people to go crazy and lose all sense of sanity. rolleyes Go nuts. Feel the lurve. heart xd

maybe LOVE is greater than just us..is it not also a universal current...is the earth loving us when She gives us Spring?

Both are good points. Thanks for the ideas. I personally see love as an emotion. Conditional love, or selfish love, its still an emotion. But being in love is different. It is an emotion as well, but its something between you and someone (or multiple someones) else.

Love is everything! It bonds us and breaks us. Feeds us and kills us. it's our challenge, our comfort, our purpose.
I think it definitely goes way deeper than emotions, morals or logic could ever hope to reach. I think it is THE DEEPEST of all of our human experiences. At least from the ones I've experiences.
Recently realizing that I have total, unconditional love for someone helped me realize this. When you truly, deeply, love someone, it never goes away. NEVER. No matter how beaten or brokenvyou feel, I believe it remains inside. Further than the desires of our physical body. It goes beyond distance and beyond time.
Love is, and nothing else~ My opinion at least.

Love is too abstract to be an emotion.

I think true love exists but very few people ever do find it.

I don't know if I'd consider love to be an emotion. Emtions are like happy, sad, angry and such. Love seems more than that to me. It's similar, but more powerful. One of those things not easily explained.

Of course it is! Love is something that you feel inside you that you react to, the same as happiness or angst.

As its been said love seems to complex to be simply an emotion, I think love is more a force that causes feelings *emotions**like happiness, angry, sadness etc* then just an emotion it's self....if that makes anysense at all lol xd
