It is a lovely spring day -- the cold of a long and hard winter finally melting away to warmth under a bright sun. It is, in fact, the perfect day for a long walk in the swamp with a close friend, talking about nothing consequential and forgetting the last of the chill.
Birdsong fills the air around you as you wander, matching the pitch and excitement of your conversation, until it is broken by something lower and more pitiful. One bird in the lot who isn't half as cheery, whose chirps take on more of a whimper than singing.
You follow the sound until you find its source: an injured bird, looking dazed and very much in need of your help...
Mechanics: How To Quest
This is a group quest, unlike the previous -- participation requires two or or more players following the prompt above. There are no dice rolling, nor any 'game' mechanics, simply an RP between two or more kin out on a spring day.
Make a new thread in the RP forum labeled [WP02] (KIN1, KIN2, ETC). Roleplay out whatever your kin might do with a little lost bird, from helping it to...well. All kin are different.
When you've finished the prompt, RPed it as far as you wish to RP and have a minimum of 500 words, post in THE STICKY THREAD with the name of this prompt (WP02 - Little Lost Bird) and a link to your thread. You can use a link to that post as an RP requirement for Legendary or other RP-required tasks!
You may do this prompt for multiple Kin, provided you reach word count for each.
All participants in the RP must reach word count individually, and post the completed thread individually.
