Up till level 8 I've just been crafting the formulas I need for my Angelic Inizio quest to level. Now that I've hit level 8 the components are a little ridiculous to craft (i.e. I need 10 gold caches per formula plus 80k per try so yeah).
I was wondering if anyone could recommend level 8 formulas I could level up on that wouldn't be outrageously expensive? And probably level 9 formulas at that rate.

Eldritch horror tentacle, you only need 1 gold cache for each formula. The mermaid scales from a gold cache can be bought on the bi-frost. 10 eldritch would get you to level 9 easy as long as you can cover the fail costs.

That's a hell of a lot of amethyst and garnet caches I'm gonna need. But I suppose at this point in alchemy all upper level formulas are going to be incredibly tedious. sweatdrop Thanks!

Invest 50mil on buying 1000 caches and you're just gonna wish you had more formulas for the garnets and amethyst.

I've already bought about 70mil worth of caches and amethyst and garnets don't come nearly often enough : At least there are no rubies in the formulas. Those are the WORST. I almost get the same amount of golds as I do rubies D: But I've noticed with emerald and aquas that some items from the cache are worth a little more than 50k so I suppose if I go over my quota of those caches I can always sell them back for more philosopher's caches.

That's the users who have too much gold to care o w o I remember a girl came into the alchemy forum asking for an item in a ruby cache, and I told her it's not worth as much as she was willing to pay if she just got the rubies herself. I was later told by a friend that the girl ended up buying the components for 1 mil each despite the knowledge of getting it much from a cache that's roughly ~50k each. The girl just said she had too much gold and didn't care. D: Of course, that just does wonders for those who do care and can't afford those ridiculous prices... So just think about who you're selling to and how much you're selling it for if you do sell it. If you don't find another alchemist who needs it, I don't see why not sell your components for a marked up price. But if you find another alchemist who needs it, I hope you will consider cutting them a deal :3!

But for the most part i don't think it would be too bad if I sold them at the 50k mark.
