Strawberry had just gotten out of Volleyball practice, her pale fingers zipping her sports jacket over her tank top. The blonde decided to stop in on the host club before heading home. She had still only met two of the hosts and was quite curious of the other members.
A flurry of of soft pink petals rained down on Strawberry as she entered the club, green eyes falling on two of the hosts. One was tall and lean, a fighters build, with dark hair and eyes while the other one was shorter than her with bright eyes and blonde hair. The tea heiress smiled brightly and made a b-line for the two. One thing Strawberry was not was shy.
"Good afternoon, I'm Strawberry." The blonde said happily, forgetting-again-the bowing custom and held her hand out to the taller of the two.

[ Not sure if Honey will be able to join us, so it'll just be Mori for now. Hope that's cool with you. *leaves it open for cousin to join later* ]
Mori looked up from his tea when Strawberry had approached his and Honey's designated table. "Hello," he greeted simply, setting his cup and saucer down on the table. He sat beside a small blonde on the plush sofa; this looked like a familiar sight from behind, but seeing the pair from the front revealed that this was a petite guest, not his cousin.
"Oh," the blonde girl blinked up at Strawberry, a timid blush spreading across her face. "Um. Hi. Um," she paused, pushing up her round glasses that looked far too large for her little face as she stood from her seat. "I have to go now. Um," she stammered again and looked to Mori, giving an awkward but still polite curtsy. "Thank you for... um, just thanks. Mori-senpai," she squeaked and hurried away, leaving Strawberry and the host alone.
Mori watched with a neutral expression, only nodding a silent 'bye' to the mousy girl before she hurried off. Prior to the volleyball player approaching the table, he had been sitting in silence with her and sharing tea. That was what the painfully shy girls sought Mori out for, usually.
"Can I get anything for you, Strawberry-san?" he asked, now beginning to gather old cups onto a silver tray. With it in hand, he stood and belatedly returned her bow with a small one of his own. "I'm Takashi Morinozuka, by the way. Just Mori is fine." He guessed that this forward girl would prefer to see Honey, but he didn't mind keeping her company if that was what she wanted.

Strawberry blinked and then a blush colored her cheeks as she realized who she had mistaken as a host was another guest. She was quite adorable; a shy, noisy girl with large glasses. The blonde felt bad for scaring her off, but couldn't control thinking how adorable the girl was as she left.
"Mori." The heiress said softly to herself before recognition lit her green era. This was the third year all the girls on the team spoke of. That went on and on about watching his Kendo practices. That explained the fighters build. But hat also meant he was an upperclassman. "I apologize for my lack of respect Mori-senpai." Strawberry added quickly. "Still getting use to he differences between schools here and ones in America."
Tea. Tea was Strawberry's comfort-her security blanket. "I'd love some, thank you; blueberry green if that's alright." She tucked a loose strand of her pale blonde hair behind her ear and took a seat on the couch where the shy girl had sat before.

As she apologized, Mori shook his head. Not a problem. He knew she didn't mean any disrespect.
"Sure," he nodded after Strawberry asked for blueberry-green tea. "Make yourself comfortable," he said before carrying the silver tray away to the kitchen. Minutes passed before he returned with a small, fresh pot of the requested tea, a small container of sugar, and two cups; the tall host had already had tea earlier, but it was part of the 'job' to share the beverage with guests. He didn't mind.
"You've visited us before, Strawberry-san?" he asked in a gentle monotone as he poured tea for the both of them. He couldn't recall seeing her before, but she seemed to be comfortable in the host club already. Maybe that was just the kind of person she was?

Strawberry made herself comfortable on the soft cough, enjoying the cushioned back as it pressed soothingly into her sore muscles. It was an ache she was becoming accustomed to with the rigorous volleyball practices; but it was also something she was glad to experience. Sure, sore muscles were a pain; but she got to be apart of a team and work with her team toward a goal. It made her proud.
The blonde looked up when the tall-extremely tall-host returned. Honestly, she was sure she reached his elbow at best. Strawberry suddenly felt very short.
"Thank you." She smiled, accepting the cup of tea after he poured it. "A few times. I've met the hostesses, Panda and Shiny, and Razik-san; the rest have been guests I believe." The blonde added as she stirred a great deal of sugar into her tea. She preferred her tea and coffee quite sweet. "The host club has a great deal of wonderful people around; it's nice." Strawberry commented as she took a sip of her tea. Ahhh,, perfect.
"I noticed, you guest before; do you normally get requested by such shy girls senpai?" The heiress asked curiously, green eyes filled with Inquisition.

Mori listened as Strawberry told him who she had met so far, watching as she added a copious amount of sugar to her drink. Seemed she had quite the sweet tooth, much like his cousin. "Mm. Our hosts and guests are very kind." It provided a very friendly atmosphere.
"Yes," he answered her question, looking down at his own tea as he added a small teaspoon of sugar. He wasn't often requested alone (he was usually 'paired' with Honey), but when he was, it was by timid young ladies. He placed the little spoon back into the bowl of sugar. "But you don't seem like a shy girl."

Strawberry laughed brightly, a grin spreading across her full lips. It was a very American laugh, boisterous and loud, but still quite girlish.
"No, not at all." She grinned. "To be honest I think being shy and timid; afraid to say what you think is time wasting. I'd rather know exactly where I stand with someone, if I've offended them or be able to express when I'm offended." The blonde explained. "It allows for less misunderstandings. Though sadly, it has hurt to hurt feelings. I seem to be missing that brain to mouth filter most young ladies have." Strawberry laughed at her own comment, she wasn't embarrassed, she knew she spoke without thinking quite often.
The tea heiress took a sip of her tea before looking back up at the rather tall host. She found herself irrational jealous of his height and cursed her shortness once more.
"Do you enjoy being a host Mori-senpai?" Strawberry could sense a quiet strength in the host and wondered what brought him to the club. It wasn't that she thought he didn't fit, she just didn't understand what he got from hosting. But that was also because she only saw the surface, she didn't know enough to form a real opinion.

The tall host was quiet as Strawberry gave her opinion on timidness. Aside from just watching her as she cheerfully spoke, he didn't react much other than plainly replying, "Saying unnecessary things is also 'time wasting'." ... but being afraid was not really a waste of time, he thought -- fear was just something to overcome.
Unaware of any "height envy" the petite volleyball player was feeling right now, Mori had another calm drink of his tea. At her question, he touched the cup against the saucer in his other hand before gently setting them down on the table. "Sure," he answered casually. If he didn't like being a host, well... he'd probably still do it anyway, for his older cousin's sake. Thankfully, he did enjoy his time spent in the host club.

"Hmm, true." The blonde nodded, taking a sip of her tea.
She had a tendency to ramble herself so Strawberry understood how "unnecessary" words could be annoying or time consuming. In all honesty, the blonde would rather put her foot in her mouth than ramble like a bubble head.
"That's good." She gave him a friendly smile. "There's no sense doing something you don't enjoy." Strawberry said this in a matter-of-fact way, as if she knew first hand what she was talking about, though of course she did but that was neither here or there.
"Besides the host club and kendo, what other things so you enjoy senpai?"
