xxxPɪᴄᴋɪɴɢ A Rᴏʟᴇ if you're unsure of where to start when it comes to building your character, try looking over the list of roles available for acceptance! We are accepting a number of deities from ancient pantheons, including Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Norse. Want to play a diety that isn't listed? Send me a PM detailing your idea for the character and we can discuss special acceptance. Please keep in mind that this roleplay is not accepting deities that are still commonly worshiped by modern religion. (i.e. Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc.) The roleplay does operate on a "first come, first serve" basis so some roles may no longer be available. If you're uncertain of the availability of any role, feel free to message me or one of my admins for clearer information!
xxxCʜᴏᴏsɪɴɢ A Nᴀᴍᴇ looking for a fun, interesting, and meaningful name for your chosen character? Try searching baby naming websites in any search engine of your choice for names that relate to your character's personality, likes, or hobbies. You are not required to give your character a symbolic or unusual name. Sometimes, even commonplace names can uniquely fit characters. The choices are endless!
xxxRᴇsᴇᴀʀᴄʜ Yᴏᴜʀ Dᴇɪᴛʏ after taking your first beginning steps, it's important to research your chosen deity to familiarize yourself with them. No two Gods and Goddesses are exactly alike and you have creative freedom to mold them to your liking. Unfortunately, history and facts are not quite as flexible and it's important to understand your chosen deity's past.

xxxxxxxℱ𝓁ℯ𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓃ℊ ℐ𝓉 𝒪𝓊𝓉𒊹xx𒊹xx𒊹xxxTʜᴇ Dᴇᴠɪʟ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ Dᴇᴛᴀɪʟs the best way to create a compelling and interesting character that's fun to both write and read is to know them. What's your character's birthday? What's their favorite ice-cream flavor? When is their typical bedtime on a weekday night? The more you know about your character, the more detailed and intricate their personality can become to create well rounded and developed characters which are enjoyable to interact with. (Interested in filling out a character questionnaire to flesh out your character? Try this basic question list HERE!)
xxxMᴀᴋɪɴɢ Fʀɪᴇɴᴅs no one lives in a vacuum and the same goes for your characters! Whether they are a powerful and ancient god or one of the many magical prophets, characters of all shapes and sizes congregate in the Pantheon Lounge. Your characters should have bonds with the people around them; whether they are intimate and personal or simply vague acquaintance-ships is up to you. Researching your chosen deity's history may reveal family, friends, and arch enemies to be familiar with. Utilize those relationships to strengthen your character.
xxxYᴇᴀʜ, Iᴛ's Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟ still struggling with making your character realistic and down-to-earth? Try modeling some details about their past or personality after your own. This helps make the character easy for you to relate to and feel compassion for you and adds an aspect of reality for the reader.
