Bio:
Victoria a vampire born 170+ years ago, and the niece of mosquito, her family had died out only managing to get Victoria to Mosquito before the reaper killed them, she holds no grudge as she understands the reasons why. As such Victoria was once a part of arachnophobia with her uncle when she was a baby up until the age of 70 she was young as a vampire but incredibly smart as she learned her uncle's lessons fast as at the time he thought she would be a fine addition to arachne's forces, though she had a thirst for stories and knowledge as well, she grew secretly reading hero stories and slowly gained her own sense of honor and pride. As well as a sense of strength in herself that she didn't want tainted. While her uncle had great plans for her Victoria had her own plans as she grew due to the books she read, she didn't understand the goals of arachnophobia or why a vampire such as herself should follow a crazy sleeping spider witch, the only thing she should fear and respect is the concept of death, and the strength without help of madness, magic tools, or whatever. Thus she slowly began to ask more and more questions and demand answers too, and while mosquito respected his species he was completely loyal to Arachne. When she was seventy and went to sleep in her coffin her uncle sealed her away inside before she could become a problem to his lady. He sealed her away in her coffin and had his agents take her away from Baba Yaga castle to the empty Valentine Castle a place were her family used to reside before being hunted down far away where she would sleep until Arachne awoke and their work was done. Mosquito kindness was not killing her himself as he wanted arachne to decide her fate so she sleep sealed in a castle for years and years.
Now she slept in the basement of the empty castle for one hundred years forgot as mosquito and arachne had died during her sealing, while her life was sustained her age and hunger was not. At 70 she looked like a 7 year old and at age 170 a 17 year old which also meant she out grew her current clothing in that coffin as well. As the years passed the castle became a nest for kishin egg souls who decided it was a perfect base of operations as they filled their bellies with human souls under the command of sort of an alpha and not long after the DWMA came to collect their souls. Amidst the fighting their leader fell into the basement were Victoria slept, as her persuers had an anti-demon wavelength. The kishin egg dodged an attack but the anti-demon wavelength hit the seal on her coffin and awoke victoria. As the the fight continued the kishin egg got pushed farther and farther back to Victoria's coffin and with 100 years of hunger she opened the coffin briefly to pull the kishin egg inside and drain his blood dry before leaving the soul outside her coffin for the agent of the dwma. Now due to her lineage she knew not to pop out in front of the person of the dwma with the anti-demon wavelength immediately that would cause her head to fly. Instead she politely called to the agent and ask for clothes in which she could step out of the coffin with so she could introduce herself. After getting something makeshift to wear she came out and formally introduced herself and tried to choose her words as not to get ire of the DWMA. After a semi-long conversation of explaining her distaste for thinks of kishin variety and what happened she requested to be taken into custody until time she could prove that she wasn't a monster like her uncle. Such she was taken into the dwma as a prisoner with her coffin to sleep in.
For a few years she stayed in Death city's dungeon willingly, answering any questions she was given doing as much as she could to prove she was on there side. The only things she tended to request was a bloodpacket, food, and reading material from time to time as she continued to live there as she awaited a decision she knew it wasn't going to be easy but would keep trying not hiding anything from them. Though one day she called the guards for help as her foot became a barrely of a gun and she didn't know what to do or how to change back after that incident she had discovered that not only was she a vampire but she was a weapon as well and after all that honesty she was rewarded to attend the dwma under close observation as a weapon. She took to her lesson and swore an oath of loyalty to the dwma however before her first year there she went back to the castle with an agent of the dwma and claimed lets say an inheritance of the castle. Which she used to buy a few fancy dresses to wear due to the fact she had too much pride to be shown in drab clothing. Though she wouldn't admit it she was worried about her first year of school though she learned how to transform into a anti-material sniper rifle and a hand cannon with a bayonette. She continues to learn her lessons and missions as one half of the DWMA's, "monster team." With the dreams of becoming the first vampire deathscythe.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ Crimson Salvo:
The ammo for her weapon form, she can not use this ability alone because she needs her meithers wavelength to fire her weapons modes. In her weapon mode she uses the wavelength or magic of her meister no matter what it is (anti-magic, elemental, feral, etc) and has certain effects based off the wavelength (ice freezes, fire burns, etc) and uses her own wavelength to further strengthen before firing out of either her rifle form or Hand cannon form. In her rifle mode she use her wavelength to improve the the piercing power as it her meister fires the weapon it becomes a powerful spiraling piercing bullet with red lightning wrapped around it with a great range and great speed while it doesn't have explosive damage it's power and piercing make it a force not to be ignored. These power shots can only be fired once a post due to her being a bolt-action rifle and due to the piercing power are hard to block but easy to dodge. While in hand cannon mode she fires the wavelength in a sorte of orb looking magnum bullet and uses high-sound to make them explosive on impact while the explosion are rather small they can be fired fast. They have a minor AoE effect due to the explosion but are a bit lacking in power and no where neart the stength of the rifle mode. However it makes up with the quantity of shots that can be fired.
+ Sanguine Storm:
"A vampiric magic that allows Victoria to change her wavelength into a manipulation of lightning or sound based attacks. In weapon form lightning can coat her meister like an armor or sound can be used for defensive or even support. Lightning manipulated this way turns a red color and works a bit like magic and can be manipulated as such like making beasts out of lighting. In pistol mode her bayonette can be covered in lightning but unlike rifle mode can not fire lightning shots. In terms of strength Victoria's lightning manipulation is far more powerful then her sound manipulation however her sound has more pratical uses like being a high sonar/echolocation, or even noise canceling to loud thunderous noises. Outside of weapon form she can use this ability to fight with lightning strikes, high sound attacks, familiars made of lightning etc though the same effect applies in that lightning has more attack power and sound is more supportive. She can only manipulate lightnign and sound created by her soul anyone elses can damage her."
+ Vampire Soul and Power:
"The soul of a mighty vampire, Victoria's soul due to her vampire heritage is one of a vampire. When looked at directly her soul appears to have bat wings and wrapped in rose thorns. While she can go out during the day, her soul is always stronger at night. Her soul also gives her a vampire's phsiology and senses such as a sonar like ability to find her way around, an incredibly long life span that makes it seem she could live forever although she is rather young as a vampire currently, and the ability to heal by drinking fresh blood though she is usually helpless when she does so and healing is weaker due to her not wanting to kill there person most the time. While her soul has wings she normally can't give them out to her meister like a grigori soul unless it's a soul resonace but some of her vampiric magic she can use in weapon form. During the day her strength is only a little stronger then that of a normal human while at night she was 3 times as strong both physically and spiritually, however this can temporarily be countered by feeding off someone with strong blood willingly though it only lasts for about 5 posts. While her soul is strong and currently unaffected by madness it has trouble facing someone with an anti-demon wavelength against it making her as strong as she is during the day even at night though she can help improve an anti-demon wavelength if it isn't use against her, however against someone with black blood or using anyone using blood type ability she is even stronger as she can feed of their abilitys to increase her strength with a one time buff even if it was harden as her soul conteracts it upon devouring. Although black blood can still hurt her if caught off guard and after devouring once. Her wings are real and she can fly with them though unless its night she only really has the power to only fly herself and carry up to two more people at night."
+ Age Manipulation and Transformation:
"An inherited magic she got from her uncle, Mosquito. Victoria can change her age to a form more suited for fighting her opponents however unlike Mosquito hers is a bit weaker due to the fact she hasn't lived long enough to have more then a couple forms which is her monsters vampire form and a child form from 37 years ago. The forms she currently has are listed below she does heal when changing form physically to avoid death but the pain of injury is usually still there. In her normal form she does have claws and wings to fight which usually carries to her other forms."
1st form - Midnight Rose Queen:
Victoria is furious! She has let loose her vampiric nature and is focused on whatever every made her so pissed nothing but a mummified husk before claiming it's soul. Her skin gets darker, her eyes get a black sclera, her hair fades a bit, and her wings are now shifting to a blood red at the tips. In this form her speed is nightmarishly fast, her strength improves and her claws are her main deadly weapon as well does the power of her soul. In her weapon form her wings of her soul appears on the guns not to fly but more as an ascetic to show her power up however two bat-like coffin "satellites" appear to shoot her wavelength in crimson lasers. At her meisters command. While this form is powerful and can be used by her she doesn't like it too much. As if she spends longer then (6) of her posts in the form she can give into madness and go feral and berserk until stopped perceiving things as meals, her meister can pull her out of a bloodrage by getting ahould of her wavelength but she faints immediately after and can't fight for awhile. Staying in the form longer then (3) posts means she needs blood after tranformation to keep fighting or she can't fight. This form seems to be tied with her anger and at times comically she can accidently change into this form by accident.
2nd Form - Form from 100 years ago:
"Victoria is now a little girl, she looks like an innocent goth lolita with long hair and uses this form to kind of hide herself as it seems to have a built in soul protect. However while she looks adorable she has a viperous tongue and her mentallity hasn't changed (though her voice is a bit squeaker.) While this form is cute it isn't a fighter she is profoundly weaker in this form and her weapon mode looks like a toy gun that shoots sub-par soul bullets, they still sting a lot but its really hard to kill anyone with it. She uses it to hide and spy usually though if she had to take this form due to needing to heal quickly from injury and not angry enought to change to midnight rose queen, she gets stuck in the form for 5 posts."
+ Scope Clairvoyence (Scope Senrigan):
"An ability much like death scythe Azusa Yumi's Senrigan/clairvoyence but sharing a major difference as unlike Azusa it's weaker but has it's own strengths. victoria transforms her right eye into a monocle like scope, with a telescopic lens. When it use her monocle eye glows during which she can see extremely far ahead of herself as if looking through a powerful telescope that can change from normal view to soul view. The main point of the scope is that in it's soul view it has a scary ability that can see souls through objects making it hard to hide from completely although it does have a powerful case of tunnel vision the farther she sees. If locked into a certain soul for a certain ammount of time (2 posts) she can ascertain the name and race of the souls owner but not the power of the soul, in normal view it acts much like that of a normal powerful telescope. Can't collect information if someone is using soul protect."
Rifle mode:
"In rifle mode she can use this ability on her scope so her meister can look through and get the same ability it normally has, as if they are seeing through her eyes. With the bonus that it's a scope and it meant to magnify vision as she is a type of powerful sniper rifle."
Pistol mode:
"this ability can not be activated in her pistol mode as her pistol doesn't have a scope."
+ Blood Moon Lancer - Howling Halloween (Soul Resonance):
Victoria and her meisters wavelength entwine Creating a large rail gun that requires two hands and a firm stance to hold. Her Satellites from her midnight queen form appear but this time the two coffins open up into two roses both red and white and start spining infront of the gun. Then an orb of her spirit and her meisters appear infront of the gun both slowly gaining power and a larger size before fuseing together as one. Creating an orange orb with a jack o' latern like face laughing before slowly entering the cannon again. The two roses spinning infront of the cannon keep spining faster and faster throughtout the process as they form a ring and eventually a magic circle looking a red moon in the center where they spin as the pumpkin like ball of wavelength re-enters the cannon. Her meister gains large bat-like wings to help position the cannon at this point strong enough to take to the sky temporarily. When Victoria says it's ready to fire her meister fires the powerful orange shot through the image of the red moon. The red moon further expands the wavelenth of the two and adds a bit of her lightning to it to make a massive piercing shot that has an impressive explosion when it's piercing power wears off capable of decimating most things if it hits.

Personality: Victoria's personality is very prideful and has a viperous sense of sarcasm to the deserving. She seems to have a bit of an accent and is a bit hard to get along with as she doesn't seem to get along willingly. She enjoys classical things and could be considered to be the sterotype of a pride vampire tsundere. Despite this she does have a wide array of emotions she shows, though when somethign does anger her she has a habit of changing into her monsterous vampire form by accident deal with the problem via chop or somethign and transforms back. While she is related to problem makers of the past don't let her heritage fool you, this vampiric weapon is loyal to the DWMA calling enemies and kishin crass and annoying. She is extremely loyal and enjoys tea time at midnight. Making friends with her may be a bit difficult but worth it in the long run.

Victoria and her meisters wavelength entwine Creating a large rail gun that requires two hands and a firm stance to hold. Her Satellites from her midnight queen form appear but this time the two coffins open up into two roses both red and white and start spining infront of the gun. Then an orb of her spirit and her meisters appear infront of the gun both slowly gaining power and a larger size before fuseing together as one. Creating an orange orb with a jack o' latern like face laughing before slowly entering the cannon again. The two roses spinning infront of the cannon keep spining faster and faster throughtout the process as they form a ring and eventually a magic circle looking a red moon in the center where they spin as the pumpkin like ball of wavelength re-enters the cannon. Her meister gains large bat-like wings to help position the cannon at this point strong enough to take to the sky temporarily. When Victoria says it's ready to fire her meister fires the powerful orange shot through the image of the red moon. The red moon further expands the wavelenth of the two and adds a bit of her lightning to it to make a massive piercing shot that has an impressive explosion when it's piercing power wears off capable of decimating most things if it hits.

Personality: Victoria's personality is very prideful and has a viperous sense of sarcasm to the deserving. She seems to have a bit of an accent and is a bit hard to get along with as she doesn't seem to get along willingly. She enjoys classical things and could be considered to be the sterotype of a pride vampire tsundere. Despite this she does have a wide array of emotions she shows, though when somethign does anger her she has a habit of changing into her monsterous vampire form by accident deal with the problem via chop or somethign and transforms back. While she is related to problem makers of the past don't let her heritage fool you, this vampiric weapon is loyal to the DWMA calling enemies and kishin crass and annoying. She is extremely loyal and enjoys tea time at midnight. Making friends with her may be a bit difficult but worth it in the long run.
