The Occutorium is the largest known observatorium in all of Magic and Non-Magic Earth. It was built in 551 AD, several hundred years after the construction of Asmodius City in the first century, and is one of the major structures of the King's Palace that rests atop the cliff of Asmodius, known as King's Landing. It's giant arch-like structure hangs over the edge and joins the city below, the axis is so wide and large (including the monumental telescope built upon it) takes a full hour to move from pointing directly up, and directly horizontal with the horizon. Unfortunately, when it was built there was no horizontal axis, only a vertical axis built. The correct astronomical alignment has to be waited for in order to use it specifically. Many scientists from Entei come here for work relating to the stars, in fact, the Outer-Cortex Space Station could never have been launched as succesfully if not for the Occutorium.
