The School of Dedicated RPers is Now Paying Our Staff

Gaia's current economy has created a terrible gap between the non-cash users and those spending money to play. It's up to guilds like us to do something about this and help those that can't afford to pay for their gold so the SDRP is now offering a wide variety of ways you can earn gold just by helping out.

Contests: From simple gold raffles to writing and roleplaying competitions, we're just giving away gold and great items for participating.

Critiques: We're going back to our roots and will be starting an RP critique thread in Gaia's main forums (which is how this guild got started in the first place) but first we need some dedicated critics on board to help out. We'll be paying 100,000 gold for every 100 words of well thought out, constructive critique up to 1 million per month.

Tutoring: Because it's a huge and thankless job, we're going to pay our tutors for all their very hard work. We'll be paying tutors 1 million gold per student every month they are active in our tutoring program.

Crew: Also a huge and thankless job, we'll be paying our crew by rank. We will pay our Crew Assistants 500,000 gold every month they are active, Support Crew 1 million gold every month they are active, and Administrative Crew 2 million gold every month they are active. Vice Captains don't get paid because we're the ones providing the funds.
