Hobbies:
Cooking -- Cooking is something that Saffy really enjoys and she tends to cook most her own meals. She likes to take elements from the small stack of cookery books she owns and incorporate them into her cooking and often watches shows like Iron Chef America and MasterChef for inspiration. As Saffy experiments a lot in her cooking her finalised meals turn out varied – there are times she turns out something wonderful and there are times when she turns out stuff that ends up taking a one way trip to the bin.
Gym -- Saffy is very conscious of her looks and despite her sweet tooth likes to keep herself in shape. Although she wouldn’t call herself a health nut, she has managed to find herself a gym that has branches both close to her apartment as well as around the corner to her workplace and manages to fit in time to visit three times a week (Tuesdays she does spinning classes and on Wednesday and Sunday evenings she goes swimming). On occasions where work takes her out of town for any extended period of time Saffy will still try to find time to fit in a few visits to the gym, be it a local gym or a gym at the hotel.
Virtues:
Dedicated -- Once she sets her mind to doing something Saffy does her best to see it through to the end. She is pretty good at working under her own direction and has been known to voluntarily stay at work past her actual working hours in order to finish up on tasks as she hates leaving things undone.
Saffy tries her best to put in 150 percent into what she does and it’s paid off over time at least on the work front with her managing to work her way up from general admin to senior events co-ordinator.
Even though logically Saffy knows that things don’t always come easy and that goals set can’t always be achieved first time round, Saffy sees 'give up' as something of a dirty phrase opting instead to pick herself up and keep trying. She will do this as many times as needed in order to achieve the goal or challenge in front of her - even if it means having push through through sheer force of will. It doesn't always work - since even with a strong will not everything can be achieved - but it's not down to lack of effort on her part.
Loyal -- Family and friends are something that is very important to Saffy. Although she doesn't have loads and loads of friends, she is devoted to those she does have and although she doesn't always have a lot of time she does puts effort into making time for the people she cares about. She thinks nothing of supporting those she cares about with whatever resources she has at her disposal – this can be as small as dropping by to catch up over coffee or a meal or as big as booking leave and dropping by to help a friend that's ill. She's even been known to leave the make up and mirror at home (a big sacrifice in her book).
It's not a good idea to say mean or disparaging things about Saffy's friends and or/ family in her earshot as she has no issues about getting involved in order to loudly defend them.
If you’re someone Saffy’s close to then you have a passionate defender on your side and she likes to think that those she’s close to know that she’s there for them if they need her (or even if they don't).
Flaws:
Vain -- Forget Snow White, Saffy knows she's the fairest one of them all. To say that she's vain is perhaps a bit of an understatement and her college mates from college can all tell tales about the length of time she spent (and still spends) primping in the mornings as can her cousin and close friends, although they tend to be nicer about it.
Her appearance is so important to her that Saffy keeps both a mirror and small make up kit in her hand bag which she keeps close to hand and has been known to make touch ups to her make up during her commute to and from work.
She's also sensitive about being on the wrong side of thirty and is not likely to correct anyone who mistakes her for still being in her (albeit late) twenties.
Overly loyal -- Whilst loyalty is one of Saffy's greatest strengths it is also perhaps one of her greatest weaknesses. She finds it hard to see faults in those who she has given her loyalty to, eyeing them through favourable blinkered glasses.
She has been known to butt in and give people a piece of her mind even when those close to her have rather she hadn't. It is also something that those who are not particularly scrupulous can and have taken advantage of and has caused her to passionately defend people who have turned out to later be the ones who were actually in the wrong.
The flip side to it all is whilst Saffy generally has no problems butting in and getting involved, she has issues when she ends up being caught between those who she's close to. She is notable in her reluctance to take a side, preferring that both sides try to get along and she generally ends up upsetting both sides in her attempts at playing 'peacemaker'.

Eyes: Dark brown like the chocolat colour here, with a lighter ring similar to the golden colour around the pupil.
Hair: Strawberry blonde (but leaning more towards blond than the strawberry) - colour would be something similar to this and general style would be something like in the reference picture.
