If there was anything Mayaa had learned during her stay at Amity, it was that there was no shortage of interesting students. Large or small, feathered or furry, scales, sharp teeth, claws, talons... there was a student that fit each and every category. Along with looks, there was also all sorts of personalities. Cheerful, grumpy, timid, scary, serious, mopey, creepy, sneaky, and so so many more! But the most amazing of all, was how despite all these differences, they all went to this school for one thing:
TO MAKE FRIENDS!!
... or perhaps that was just her, but she thought it was a good goal to have. One could never have too many friends! And as much as she loved befriending fellow harpies and feathered friends, she knew there were much more students to meet and greet.
And so she wandered the halls, humming a happy tune as she wondered what new interesting student she would meet today.

Quillan was enjoying Amity so far. Of course, there were a few problems ... such as getting distracted during class (but not because he didn't enjoy the class! ... most of the time) and arriving late because he'd seen something he absolutely had to stop for, but if he had to say, everything else was going extremely well! There was so much he could material he could use and he would need another notebook to fill with observations and ideas soon because the one he was almost on the last page - every day, he would find at least 10 things new to him, from species of other students he saw walking around to what was taught in lessons.
Unfortunately, he was once again late to class. Crumpled homework crammed into his bag and some in his hand, he ran out of his dorm room. Of course, he knew the professor already expected him to arrive half-way through the class (the professor would reprimand Quillan in front of the class the first few days, but now all he did was sigh and continue his lecture), but he figured he could at least try. [A.V.] Sorry for being so late ;w; I'm really bad at tagging |D Maybe Mayaa can stop Quillan or he can stop her? Or they can crash into each other xD OR SOMETHING.

In a way, Mayaa and Quillan were quite alike, yet also quite different. She too was easily distracted, in and out of class, as well as arriving late for classes on occasion. However, her reasons were less than commendable, as they often involved her getting side-tracked with a ghoul and/or boil decked out with fancy trinkets, which would easily hold her attention over any sort of conversation. That, or minipets. And of course, considering that the only classes she had really ended up going to being ones that involves trinkets or minipets, it was really easy to distract her.
However, this had not been the occasions this time, as she was simply staring at each student that passed by, noting how different and/or similar each were, and as such, hasn't noticed the ink demon scrambling for class until the two collided.
The impact sent her tumbling back, falling down on her bottom as she cried out in surprise, but then she saw the boil she had accidentally walked into and gasped.
"Ahhhhhhhh I'm so sorry!! Are you ok?"yylaayl Psh NOT LATE AT ALL OK And you did say "crash" so.... /bricked
