Penthesilea was feeling pretty damn proud of herself. It wasn't often that she had someone attack her first, usually she had to goad or initiate fights - but she'd take it. The Lieutenant certainly thought that she had talent - but Penthesilea had training, and it had only taken a few well-timed and well-placed hits to leave her on the ground.
All that was left, as far as the red-haired Senshi was concerned, was a determination of exactly how to finish this.Erythrite took long, slow breaths, her eyes wide and panicked. The Lieutenant had been completely knocked off her feet, and as much as she fought to get away, it definitely wasn't working. For once, her tendancy to attack first and ask questions later had totally backfired - she'd come up against someone far, far stronger, even if they were on the same level in their powered forms.
She was desperate and she knew it. Right then, she would take help from just about anywhere, and a flickering Order aura in the distance gave her a little hope. Maybe it would be a Senshi likely to step in - someone opposed to senseless violence?
God, let it be someone opposed to senseless violence, because if not, she was totally doomed.

Mintaka's patrols were becoming more intricate, filled with characters she met from both sides. Senshis or Negaverse or even the Dark mirror court. She had met two powers, dark and powerful, met handmaidens to princesses and so on.
Slowly she felt herself becoming overwhelming intricated in the world of the White moon Court. What they faced and what they fought for. And so far she was sure she didn't like the moon queen Serenity, or whatever the woman had been.
She wanted to believe in peace, and be a senshi that also lived to those ideals.
It wasn't hard for her to be curious about the two signatures, A chaos and a order. She flitted her way to where she found the one of order standing over....Erythrite? The negaverser probably went fist swinging in again, and Mintaka was almost tempted to leave whatever justice for whoever to be tolled out.
But instead her body moved, coming into view of the pair as her hands opened.
"I think you've done enough to her." Mintaka was talking to the Senshi of course, "Unless you're planning on killing her, you've done enough."

Penthesilea never took her eyes off her prey. In fact, she barely seemed to acknowledge the other Order senshi's presence. As far as she was concerned, her side was primarily full of conciliatory idiots, Senshi too weak to stand up and do what was necessary. There were exceptions, of course, but this one didn't quite sound like it.
"Well, y'see, that's exactly what I'm plannin' on doin'. I don't like lettin' nasty little Chaos maggots keep on squirmin' aorund my city if I can help it."
Her voice was surprisingly calm, given that she was discussing taking another person's life. Really, Penthesilea had no qualms about doing exactly that.Erythrite hadn't really expected to recognize this Senshi - but it was very definitely someone she knew, and she wasn't sure if it would help her case or not. "Mintaka!" She called out, breathless, as she tried to scramble away and put distance between herself and the Senshi in orange.
"I know we kinda got off on the wrong foot but please, you have to help me, she's crazy!" She gestured at the redhead, obviously panicked. Never had she expected to beg for help from Order, either, and it made her skin crawl a little, but it was that or very probably die.
Erythrite really, really liked being alive.

Mintaka stared at the orange Senshi with a curious and perhaps colder gaze then she had given others. Distance, and she had to remind herself that not all Senshi thought like her, acted like her.
"I didn't realize this city was yours. As far as I knew, it was a city devoted to a million others, Chaos, Order or human alike." Mintaka casually looked at Erythrite, "Good evening Erythrite." She offered her hand down to the Negaverser, lifting her up. "Pay it no mind, I do not hold grudges."
Her gaze returned to Pen and she tried for a polite smile, even if she was mildly miffed about how easy the other senshi had with the idea of killing someone.
"Perhaps we should start off with introductions, It's not often I meet another senshi of Order. I'm Mintaka, Senshi of Origami. This one here is a....acquaintance of mine Erythrite." Mintaka kept the smile, "Is there anyway to convince you to not kill her?"

Penthesilea finally jerked her head over to the Senshi of Origami, letting out a soft growl of frustration. Nothing quite like being stopped when she finally had someone on the ropes and was well and ready to finish them. Her expression read nothing but disgust at the sight of Mintaka being so friendly with a Negaverser - certainly she had worked side by side with them to take down the Dark Mirror, but she never would've saved one's life. At least, she liked to think not.
"Sailor Penthesilea, Senshi of War," she said, ice in her voice, "an' maybe there are millions of people in it, but I've yet t'meet too many willin' to actually defend it."
She tapped her foot on the ground. "I don't think I'm the one that needs convincin', 'cause I'm not the one helpin' the enemy."Erythrite let Mintaka help her up, heart pounding. She was lucky, and she knew it. She'd been fortunate enough to have not made the other girl too angry, and right now that was saving her life. She didn't exactly like the idea of hiding behind someone else, but she did take a step back, brushing off her uniform and letting out a quiet breath.
"Thank you," she said, her voice soft. It looked like she was going to survive, even if it was only because Mintaka ended up giving her time to run.

Mintaka turned her smile to Erythrite. "Your welcome Erythrite, I'm hoping this means I've earned next time, not a punch to the face, but a cup of tea and a good conversation mm?" She let her smile fade a bit, "It's probably best if you leave though."
Her attention turned back to Pen. "Ah, well that certainly explains a little more about your easy acceptance of death. War usually doesn't come without the price of blood on hands. What is the saying? When sons bury their fathers, we are at peace. When fathers bury their sons, we are at war." Mintaka waved Erythrite to move.
"I've met many who would defend it in their own way. Surely as a senshi of war, you've come across conflicting ideas....after all that's the conception of war itself. Conflicting ideas that result in a battle of wits and strengths. Most of them could be easily concluded with words."
She blinked a bit. "I don't have an enemy. So you'll have to forgive me if I don't follow your train of thought?" Well Osumilite was certainly someone she considered on the not friendly list, but that was neither here or there.

Penthesilea put a hand on her hip. "I'm not much one for conflictin' ideals, darlin'. I know there are shades of grey, but quite frankly they don't serve me, an' unless an' until they do, I see no reason t' worry about your wafflin' perceptions about...battles of wits."
Not that she would go into one unarmed. Thick accent and rough way of speaking or not, she was plenty intelligent, and it amused her to have people underestimate that.
"You do have an enemy, an' you're a naiive moron if you don't realize that." She gestured to the Lieutenant. "Her army, Chaos, they're out to destroy everythin'. Everyone. Maybe individuals ain't, but you can't break an army without killin' a few soldiers.""All the tea you can drink, sweetheart," Ery said, nodding, and then she began to slowly back away. On the one hand, she really didn't want to leave Mintaka alone against a completely crazy Senshi, but on the other, if she stayed, and the longer she stayed, the more likely it was to escalate back into a fight.
She didn't want to run, but she didn't want to die, and she didn't want Mintaka, who had stood up to save her, caught up in the middle of a fight that, in the end, wasn't hers.
And she had Serenity. She had to get out of here and get home to her girlfriend because she wasn't...she wasn't just going to disappear on the people she loved.
"Don't die, okay? I owe you that tea." She said, and then she darted off into the night.

Mintaka sighed in relief as Erythrite made an exit, thankful for tonight that she might've saved a person's life compared to well...standing there and being a witness to murder. It was murder to her.
"I often find that Naivete is severely underrated in the sense of war." her gaze lingered back on Pen's, to keep the other senshi from following after the negaverser. "You like it black and white with a little grey to keep you morally satisfied?" Mintaka blinked, clearly surprised that the senshi of war was even talking to her, and doing it well...in a mannerism that allowed civil dispute. It was actually exciting and odd all at the same time. "But is not Erythrite. And is not you. I have people I will avoid and dislike, but I do not have anyone I'd be willing to kill for the sake of...order. Or because they are deemed an enemy by someone I don't know or follow-" that being the moon princess and her court. Mintaka was part of the idea of order, but she wondered why it was she didn't want to rally behind its princess.
Her arms crossed. "You break an army when you take their king, do you not? Don't you have bigger fish to fry?" Mintaka's brow raised a bit, "It seems...well it is, insanity to keep doing the same thing over and expecting the same result. Obviously battling is doing nothing, as this war has raged on for a long time." She only knew this because of Zinkenite, and well...
"You take one solider and a dozen more rally to the cause. You let one live today, and it begins to start a doubt in them, in what they originally stood for." Mintaka rested her chin in her hand, "Do you understand what I mean?" Mintaka wanted more allies then she wanted enemies. She wanted to be change in the system rather then another ongoing cycle of hate.

Penthesilea watched her target escape and seriously considered punching a wall. Being stymied by her own side was perhaps even worse than having her target escape by superior strength or even just simple luck. This was direct intervention from someone who should share her goals and didn't.
"Sure, I'd love to fry bigger fish, but I also really, really like bein' alive. An' not all corrupted an' freaky." Certainly if she went at someone more powerful - someone like the Dark Mirror's Princess - on her own, the likely end was with her either broken and dead or wearing a flashy new black dress.
Both of those were intolerable outcomes.
"You know, I just don't think there's been a real war in this city for a long time. Maybe Chaos is fightin', but from what I've seen? What I've heard? Order ain't doin' s**t but playin' pretend that if you sparkle enough friendship at someone corrupted t' the core by evil, maybe they'll come around an' everyone can hold hands an' sing kum-ba-ya." She exhaled heavily.
"Make 'em doubt. Hell, bring 'em over if that's somethin' you can do - traitors are damned useful if they bring knowledge with 'em. But that ain't my path."

"Well then, I guess because you value your life, then you should value others." Mintaka shook her head, "I don't understand how we could so easily be trained to kill people-" But that part murmured off to herself. She didn't want to hurt anyone, much less kill.
She didn't understand War's ideals at all, Pen's thoughts were so...so...outdated and harsh. Like they lived in times before people developed morals.
"I don't know about the court of Order, as all I've heard and seen is that we are brutal murders and soliders who put people in coma's or worse." Mintaka crossed her arms, "And I doubt anyone would sing Kum-ba-ya during any appropriate time. Do people even know what that song is? Certainly not."
She tapped her fingers on her arms. "Well, unlucky for you, that I came along. However, for tonight, I would ask that you refrain from killing, at least while I patrol. Otherwise, we'll keep running into each other, and neither of us are going to like that?" Songstress Kitsune Mintaka is a brat I am sorry QQ

Penthesilea turned away from the other Senshi, gritting her teeth. "Look, miss Mintaka," because she could do polite, or something approaching it, when it became necessary, "clearly neither of us is gonna budge t'other on this - so all I can say is that I really, really hope y'don't get in my way again."
It was perhaps a frightening thought to other White Moon Senshi, but to Penthesilea the idea of harming an ostensible ally was simply a fact. Sure, friendly fire was never fun, and it was a last resort, but if it came down to it...well. She wasn't going to murder her own side, that was wrong, but she would happily make sure they got out of her way.
"I'll keep my killin' out of your way, an' let you rest on your good conscience, but I hope that someday, y'realize that refusin' t'fight like you're doin' ain't helpin' anybody."Nyxtsuki Moon pffffff mintaka is precious fin on my end tho, i think<3

She wouldn't voice that she hoped she got more in the way, even if it cost her own body for it. Killing, she would do everything she could to stop it.
"Noted, Miss Penthesilea." She offered back politely, attempting a smile. "A pleasure to meet you again." It wasn't sarcasm just...a different type of senshi for her to meet again.
"We'll see. I'm the only one that'll pay the price in the end, right?" Oh god, she hoped not. She watched the other Senshi leave and then turned herself.
Had she made allies today? Or dug herself the first foot of ground in the six feet under. She'd see....That's what she'd keep telling herself. She'd see how far her ideals could take her until she was broken.
And then move from there. Songstress Kitsune QQQ She's a brat. When they become supers, They should totally rp again LOL <3 THANK YOU FOR RPING WITH MEEEEEEEE <333 Wrap on my end too <3
