Aloysius sat in his house by the door with Desiree and waiting for Marot to arrive, wondering if the man would remember the way to his house after dropping him of that time. He had done a cleaning overhaul of his house since that night and also cleaned up the guest room if Marot would rather sleep on a bed than the couch. There were blankets for both options set up for when he would arrive. Aloysius also had tried preparing some new dishes that could just be reheated if needed for the both of them so there wouldn't be a need for either of them to actually get any pots or pans dirty. He had prepared everything accordingly and was somewhat nervous and excited for Marot to come back over.

It had been a long time since someone who wasn't a student or client of his came over. He hoped that maybe they could be friends or at least acquaintances. Either worked but he now had to think of answers as to how he got hurt in the first place. There were a lot of options but he wouldn't bring it up unless Marot asked or else it might be suspicious. He took a deep breathe and held Desiree with his good arm and kissed her cute little head. "I hope he is not allergic to you my dear, if he is remember to stay off of him ok?" She pawed his nose and he smiled. "I guess that means you understand."

Aloysius walked up to the door with a smile and opened it. "Hello Marot, I hope you found your way here all ok? I know my directions can be a tad off at times. Do come in." He stood back from the doorway to let his guest in, half wondering if the smell he had smelled before was just the smell that the alleyway had. Desiree looked up at the man and paced back and forth, pondering if she liked him yet or not. Aloysius watched her as well since she was a bit temperamental with new people, especially those who would be house guests and not out when she was done with them.

After a moment she walked up to Marot and rubbed against his leg with her back and then tail, letting them both know he was alright to stay. "Well Desiree likes you, that is always a good sign since she is seriously picky and moody." She meowed at him in reply and walked back to her spot on the shelf.

"Thank you Marot, it was all thanks to you for helping me. I do know my place is a bit oddly placed in this city." It was nice to have someone over when things were going to be stressful for awhile to him. He smiled as Desiree gave a soft meow of approval, the hug caught him off guard but it was gentle enough not to hurt his arm or anything. He wrapped his good arm around the man and patted him on the back, it was nice to have someone around.

"I am doing well now but things have just recently grown calm after a storm of sorts. Just having someone nearby is helping a lot, I get bad thoughts when I do not have the ability to play music or do much of anything. I have found that Desiree would like additional attention since I am not fully able to give her proper tummy rubs while my arm is like this." He laughed lightly and carefully as to not hurt anything.

Aloysious nodded and showed him where the bed was, he decided that he was going to take the couch instead so that he wouldn't roll on top of his arm again. "If you want to get some rest with her she's in there moping, I need to lay on the couch to avoid hurting myself. Have a good night, ok?" With that settle, he laid down carefully and fell into a restless sleep.
